This club is fine for working out in. But I had been planning to move and asked the front desk to cancel my membership for me, they refused to cancel and told me to do so myself online. So I did the next day. I came to realize a couple of months later they had still been changing me and also charged me another expensive yearly fee. I called in to ask them to reverse since it was their staff's fault that they wouldn't cancel for me in person and clearly their website does not work properly. They refused to refund me any money although they can see that I haven't been in. they weren't apologetic or cared at all that their service was bad. If you want to cancel I suggest insisting on them cancelling for you in person.

How are both shoulder machines broken? Cannot move the seat down or up at all. Honestly so tired of the condition of the local planet fitness locations I am canceling my black card membership asap.

My favorite planet fitness so far. They have free weights, so you can do deadlifts and squats.

The Lakeside location of PF is bomb! It's spacious, there are several free weight power racks/Olympic weights, the people & staff are friendly

No one is ever at the counter. I see employees go sit in there car leaving the gym completely un attend. And when asking for help employees are rude.
