Vanessa is a keeper so was so kind and courteous. All the other popeyes I have visited have left me standing at counter for over 5 minutes, with not even a hello. I wish this location was closer to my area I would come here everyday!

young man running drive thru was excellent he was working very hard while 5 employees and 2 mgrs. appeared to be doing nothing but talking. When I told him it's a shame none of them can help they heard me and suddenly one of the mgrs. starting taking orders and helping but the rest continued to do nothing. My wait in DT was about 20 minutes long. Really felt bad for the kid doing everything himself including filling his own orders store is pretty dirty but I can see why.

The last two times i’ve ordered chicken, tender meals, the tenders have been very small and tough. I’m not sure what’s going on. I don’t know if they’ve changed the chicken or change the batter but definitely not good. Popeyes chicken and chicken tenders used to be my favorite, but I will not pay the high price for this anymore as it just has gone downhill so far.

I paid $16 for a 5 piece spicy tender basket with fries and lemonade. Not hard right? But way too expensive…. Right?Now check this out, you’re looking forward to Popeyes spicy chicken and their one of a kind fries…. Only for the human taking the order to give me regular tenders and mashed potatoes. Which mind you, when asked what side and you say “fries” and somehow the human understands “mashed potatoes” (3 additional syllables).So this is a big thank you to the employees that consistently ruin customer experiences and cost companies money for not delivering the correct food. Y’all lazy people are pushing for these companies to get rid of you and get robots to do the bare minimum of what’s being asked of the employee.Give me what I ordered, which is why I came here.Two thumbs down. Y’all should be ashamed of the quality of life you bring to the table.Granted you’re not a doctor…… but what if that doctor that’s been up all night and wants a 20 minute break and their favorite food? And it happens to be your food. But the human fails to deliver and that doctor now doesn’t feel the energy to do a good job going back to work. You can thank your lack of effort for not making someone’s day, even if it’s for only 20 minutes……. ????????
