I dropped my car off for a service estimate. I was quoted $6,500 for 3 replacement pieces, water pump, thermostat, and crankcase breather. These were $5000 between parts and labor. They also recommended an oil filter housing replacement and change for $1,500. Lastly I had a nail in my tire the suggested replacing.After seeing the high price quoted, I spoke to a sales rep and asked about a potential trade in value as I was interested in a new car. The Sales Rep I spoke to consulted with the service department and he told me that the service tech who created my quote, said if it were his car, he'd just keep driving it and risk it because he saw no evidence of the replacement parts (quoted at $5000) needing replacement. Instead, he was quoting me the best way to ensure I have no further issues. He then said because the quote was 90% of the trade in value, the car would be "totaled" to them and they could offer me $1,000 to "help me out." I was very confused by the whole situation but still had to pay a $200 diagnostic fee for the "help."Dave was super cool in the service department, but how it played out really showed that I got the run around. I do appreciate the tech's honesty (I think), but I don't know if my car needs work or not at this point.Oh yea, the tire was patched for free at a local shop, it didn't need replacing.

Bought a NEW Q5 Audi from here and the hood is now yellow after four years- everything else looks perfect. Can you tell what part they repainted to sell the car? Just look at the pictures and decide if you would like your car to look like this after four years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER- they’ll do anything to sell you the car and not stand behind any of their workmanship.UPDATE: Spoke with Mike Ortiz and "Working with me" is defined in their eyes as giving me a quote to pay to have my hood re-painted and this time it will "last me the lifetime of my vehicle".But why hasn't the last paint job you did lasted me the lifetime of the vehicle like you said it would? And why won't you stand behind your word after it has failed within this short of a time? You say I bought this vehicle "as-is", and I did- it looked perfect with a perfectly white glossy hood- but IT DIDNT LAST! IT IS NOW YELLOW. And now you won't stand behind your word or workmanship.Every single other surface of my vehicle is perfectly white and glossy, except what your shop 'repaired'. What good are your 'warranties' if you don't honor them?And as for the quote- basically the same price as the Audi-certified auto body shop I took it to for a quote. You LITERALLY SCAMMED ME- told me the car was fixed to Audi standards- but it wasn't.If your standard is to do whatever it takes to make the car look good to sell- fully knowing it won't last and the new owner will be in the body shop within 5 years- then your potential customers should know that this is the integrity with which you operate.

We bought a Q4 at this dealership recently and had another great experience with Prestige! Rick was great yo work with and made it an easy and enjoyable experience for us! Chris, the manager, was awesome and Taylor, who showed us how to work our new car, was very helpful. Always excellent customer service at Prestige!

"Working with me" is defined in their eyes as giving me a quote to pay to have my hood re-painted and this time it will "last me the lifetime of my vehicle". I have just had the worst experience with prestige Audi and their collision center. Their business practices are based on greed, not customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. Scott West, Michael Ortiz and Matthew Lindsey are modern day criminals. I am a long time customer but realize they don't value that relationship or see any reason to retain people who trust them with their vehicles. Find another place to fix your car.

Good to have solid dealerships that stock Audi branded common wear and tear parts and price them close to online vendors only offering generic versions. Willy in the parts dept is top tier service minded.

I highly recommend Prestige Audi to service your Audi. Ask for Corey! He is a great service advisor and is always helpful. He follows up to make sure the problem is fixed right. There is another Audi dealer closer to where I live but I still go to Prestige Audi. It is a great dealership.

Had a great experience working with Prestige Audi. I needed a replacement part that I was struggling to find online. Will was very helpful over the phone, he would go out to the cars in the lot and cross check it was the right part. He also called Audi directly for me. He ordered it for me to pick up and still double checked it was the right part for my car once I was there.I am really appreciative of the service I received from the parts department and Will.

When making a large purchase like a new car all the details matter, and the full team at Prestige went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch, from paperwork logistics to getting our car cleaned and ready. Remember the days when Audi gave you a courtesy car at the service center? Then it was reduced to a driver taking you home. Then it was reduced to calling an Uber for you. Now that have a courtesy shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Apparently the service advisors don't want to hear your complaints so they transfer you to the GM. Of course, the sticker price on the cars are through the roof but services are reduced. Is this the same with all premium brands or is Audi the only one getting full of themselves? I keep thinking it's time to change brands (BMR, Mercedes) but wonder about their view of the customer.

I’ve purchased 4 of my Audi’s from Prestige and have always had a good experience. The service team (Corey and Lucas) is awesome and is very helpful with anything that comes up.Ryan sold me 2 of my Q5’s and was always available day or night—even on his days off. He was there for any questions that I had and worked hard to get me the best deal on the car I wanted. Highly recommend!

I bought a car, yesterday, at this dealership. It was a great experience, from the sales guys, to finance, to the guy that walked me through setting up my car; all were top notch! (Yes, I can even brag on the finance guy!) Rick stood out the most, he made me so comfortable, from the moment I arrived to the moment I drove off in my new Q3. He even checked in with me today to see if I had any questions. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family!

We recently purchased a used e-tron from Ryan and it was a great experience. We went in to test drive a couple different cars to potentially replace our car that’s lease was up soon. After the test drives we really liked the e-tron and talked numbers. We were able to come to an agreement on the purchase price and the sale of our lease to Prestige. We were really happy with the entire process and will definitely reach out to Ryan when it’s time for another car.

I’ve been getting service at Prestige for years and have always had a wonderful experience. When it was time to look for my next Audi, Ryan on the sales side was extremely communicative and helpful. He even went above and beyond with his team to make the sales process happen in a very short timeframe to accommodate my schedule in driving down from the mountains.
