Everwash keeps texting me to leave a review, so here goes.
Longtime unlimited wash customer here.
Facility was frequently dirty - both messy/unclean and garbage/debris.
Vacuums offer very inconsistent performance and auto wash was frequently one or both bays out of order
I need unlimited washes to keep a work vehicle clean. A subscription sucks if you can't use it.
Sudden notice the site would be shut dowm for 2-4 weeks in September was last straw.
Canceled my membership and signed up with Cobblestone. Couldn't be happier.
Friendly staff.
Sparkling clean facility.
Free Vacuums, compressed air & towels.
Totally worth it

During the winter this place closes a lot. I think they’re worried about freezing their shitty pipes. I’m hoping that the concrete work they had done included some ice melt in the construction so they don’t have these periodic closures all the time not to mention the entire month it has been closed For the concrete work. Everyone should email them for a refund for last month if they haven’t been able to get any services rendered. One last comment the multicolored spray is never functioning properly, and the drying fans timer is too short and pointed in bad directions.

Extremely disappointed with this car wash. It has been closed for weeks due to repaving, yet they continued to charge my membership. When I called to request a reimbursement, I was told I could drive to another location — one that is completely out of the way and not at all convenient. They refused to refund me, even though the location I signed up for has been unusable.
What’s worse is that this location has had ongoing issues for a long time — machines frequently didn't work, and I often had to call in just to get my wash activated, which defeats the point of a membership. And now they’re “improving” the pavement, not the equipment — exactly the part that’s been causing problems.
Bottom line: they’re charging for a service they can’t provide, not fixing the real issues, and offering no real solutions. Not a business I can recommend anymore.

I place a hold on my Everwash account in June for this location but was charged anyway. When I called up for a refund the woman said that she would re-freeze the account and give me 30 extra days on my account when it was unfrozen. On about 7/25 I goat an email saying that my account would unfreeze and 6 days would be added. I called again and the guy that I taked to said that he would coerrect it and add 30 days. When my account unfroze nothing was added to the billing cycle. When I called up today, the woman with the Indian accent said that there were no notes in my account and she could not do anything. She said that I could not get a refund. She then canceled my account effective at the end of this billing cycle.

I couldn't tell if the place was outta business or not. Granted, or was after hours, but it still looked deserted. I went to G.W. back in the 90's, and that place was POPPIN!!! Now it looks dilapidated....

This place is a scam. It said $4 minimum but charged my card $15 for 3 minutes of use.
