So….. I’m shopping for a storage unit with security & climate control. I struggled with the 1800 number & customer service.
Sterling called me right away & explained everything, answered all of my questions. She was such a pleasure to talk with. Made doing business like we were having coffee.
I also received a call from Moe, he was also easy to converse with & answered my questions with the location I chose. He was spot on. Great customer service with both Sterling & Moe.
I am comfortable with my choice in securing my belongings with Public Storage.
The rate was unbeatable!
Give Sterling & Moe a raise!!!!

Stevie is the best. She knows what customer service is and she gives it out proper. She answered all my questions with a big smile on her face. She knows her job and how to perform it. I had a great experience talking with her and the on site, live-in manager. Very nice folks. They have a clean and tidy facility. Cameras everywhere and someone watching. They are also hooked up with the local police and fire through their system. You can feel secure knowing your things are being looked after. Five star people and five star facility. I'm very pleased to have done business with them.

I didn't have a storage unit here (my friend does), and I would NEVER rent one here. The access hours ABSOLUTELY suck (9:30 am to 6 pm every day). Every single smaller unit looks like someone tried to break into it at some point. Even in the broad daylight, it just has bad energy. There are tons of storage options in this area of town. Explore them.

I just rented a storage unit, from Public Storage, yesterday. After checking out several different storage facilities...I easily went with Public Storage, because of price, and location. I have been renting a unit, from a competitor, for about 8 years now. I am in the process of moving, so I needed a bigger storage unit. I got a unit that is more than twice the size, bigger, than the unit I had somewhere else, for only a few dollars more. When I went to check out the unit....the young gentleman who helped me, I think his name was Isiah, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Made me feel like a valued customer. Answered all my questions. And thanked me for my business. There needs to be more people like him in this world!! There were 2 women employees that were there also. Very friendly, as well. I'm glad I made the move to Public Storage

This place sucks! The kid working there had nothing good to say about the place and spent most of the time I was inquiring about units and rates on his phone, barely acknowledging that I was there. What a joke! I mean, seriously, customer service is key. So I chose to rent somewhere else.

I would strongly consider other self storage locations. The office personnel informed me this location should be leveled, however, it can't because it was built on top of an old dump. The homeless breach the fence all the time and camp out in empty units. Worst of all, they raised my rent 40 (YES FORTY) PERCENT after 3 months, from $75 to $105 per month for an outside unit. There are so many other options, I wish I would have stuck with my gut instinct before renting from this location.
