I came to your storage unit I saw it off The interstate was not sure that I was ready to get a unit at this time. I was going in to inquire about the rate. Because of the kindness Of Danielle, I Decided to go ahead and get my unit today Danielle went above her customer service. She was very kind and, 10 stars to her. At no time did Danielle make me feel like she was in a hurry or did not want to be bothered She showed me the unit answered all of my questions knew her product and her business well and the rest is history. I Rented a 10 x 5 because of her customer service skills Impeccable!! I also Ended up paying for four months in advance. Trish is very professional, she makes sure you are taken care of and is always with a great smile and attitude. Danielle was very professional and helpful as well. The space is very clean and even though the location is a little in a secluded place, it is very secure.
