Clean & Secure. James was soooo helpful, kind, and easily answered all of our questions. We signed up immediately after meeting him. During a very stressful day of moving, I am very thankful for the help and guidance I got from James at this storage facility. He was very knowledgable and quickly got me signed up for a long term solution to my storage needs.

Hats off to James for everything he does. This location is in a less than desirable location, yet James maintains this place loke a shrine. The units and buildings are always secure and clean. I recently found myself in a predicament unrelated to my unit, however in the area and just after closing. James, as a decent humnan helped me out with a situation and I am forever grafetful. Thank you for your hard word. You represent Public Storage better than they could possibly ask for! Thank you again -

I had the best customer service experience in years! Michael was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment I arrived to drop off my items. He greeted me warmly, making me feel welcomed. The facility was spotless, and reserving a new unit was quick and hassle-free.
What stood out most was Michael’s dedication—while he was out in the lot cleaning, he took the time to check if my unit met my expectations. Not only that, he paused his work to answer my questions about the insurance policy, ensuring I felt completely informed and supported. Truly outstanding service!

They are constantly jacking up the rent prices. Got promotion that lasted 2 years, upped the prices after a while, and now raising it another $50.
They change it whenever they feel like it
