Pricey after 8 years of paying on time for a sm unit they raised the rent $50. Not good customer service. Will start over with a new company at $64 a month for a 5x15 unit when Public Storage wants $263 a month for a 10x5.

Alyse has the most amazing customer service I have experienced in a long time. Alyse was informative, kind, and unbelievably helpful. Alyse went above and beyond when I had to make changes to my account. I now have a permanent storage facility destination due to the service of Alyse. 10/10 Experience.

Going in I knew they would raise my rent but I under estimated how aggressive they are. 20% increases every couple months without notice. You will be paying double in a year. Go to Coronado storage down the road or any independently operated storage facility. I will say staff here has always been super nice.
Update: The staff reached out and made a pricing adjustment. I appreciate the service.

The first month is ok but after that they raised the rent every month and it gets to expensive so screw them

I was renting place for several years. My rent started from $104 per month. Every 6 months they increase rent for about $100. At time I moved out my rent was $388 per month. At same time they have over 10 units available and have promotions for $1 first month rent then $175 per month .I have been contacted customer service to provide me better pricing, but no one wanted to assist.
I think they just wanted me to move out ?
Staff at location is very friendly.
