We checked out a few places to store our small teardrop trailer, but we selected the Public Storage on South Clinton Street because of the site manager Stephanie!! She is absolutely incredible and helped us so much when the automated system couldn’t. She showed us different options and asked all the right questions. If you want storage you can trust-definitely talk with Stephanie, she will set you up!!

So far so good. I have to say, Sterling is awesome. When's the last time a storage facility, called you,and asked how the move-in went,and asked if I had any questions. It reminds of the old days when customer service did their jobs, and liked where they work. I also have a need for the facility to accommodate a tractor-trailer, and from upper management who put me in touch with Sterling,the local facility manager, everything went as smooth as possible. Best group of folks I've dealt with in the storage industry.

Don't rent here. They operate like a scam. They tripled rent in 1 year. Then on move out they try to get an extra months rent. Then they disregard all agreements made with customer service and will call you to yell.
When I moved out he move out date was placed in the app and the lock was removed prior to May 1st. The business stated the lock must be placed on the unit under penalty of fee even though I stated it was empty. Turns out their app did not save the move out date. That is the responsibility of the business.
I only put the lock back on because of threat of fees from the property manager. Then I was locked out due to them demanding May rent, which my lock was only present because of public storage saying they would charge me if I didn't have it on.
The lock was removed on May 16th in compliance with a service ticket put in by public storage customer service promising to waive May rent and I would enter the property without the use of the code and under supervision of the property manager.
I complied with every step that the company made, even the contradictory and rude ones (phone calls made by one of the managers in which he yelled over me while I was calmly replying ). The only thing public storage has done is not honor any agreement, their customer service and property/district managers give conflicting information

Great storage facility with many unit sizes available to choose from as well as very good deals such as second month free. This was my first time using rental storage and Steffany did an amazing job of walking me through how everything worked, most importantly upon hearing I was in need of couple extra moving boxes, she went the extra mile to find some of her own extra ones for me to have. Overall the whole process went better than expected all thanks to wonderful staff such as Steffany and going forward Public Storage will be my first option.

I had a fantastic experience at public storage, and it was all thanks to stephanie! From the moment I walked in, they made the process easy and stress-free. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. They even walked me through different unit options to make sure I found the perfect fit.
The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and secure, but what truly makes it stand out is the exceptional customer service. Stephanie genuinely cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you need a storage facility you can count on, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This place is a total rip-off. They tripled my rent ((seriously) over a 2.5 year period, don't plow - so ice accumulates in all the drives (see, photos, it looks like this all winter) and then melts onto the floor of your unit in spring. This place is a disaster and should be avoided at all costs.
The only nice thing I can say is that Stephanie, the manager of the place, is friendly and does her best to be helpful (even though her hands are mostly tied by corporate).
