Went in to get a unit and was greeted by a really nice worker named Emily. She was fast, really informed me on everything I needed to know. Really nice and funny, helped me out with the pricing. 10/10 great customer service. Glad I went with Public Storage.

Andrea when out of her way to show me the available units, we even walked in the rain to look at them. And took her time to help me find exactly the right unit for me. I came in later in the day and she didn't even rush me out of there because she was tired, and supposed to be getting off. That's a rare find these days. I'm so very grateful ! Thankyou!

Emily is great! She is always busy cleaning up and keeping an eye on the storage facility, which set my mind at rest because my livelihood is stored there! She also was very thoughtful and brought a couple of bottles of water out when I was organizing my unit in 95 degree heat! That's what I call customer service! Thanks Emily!

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT store your stuff here! I had stuff in my unit for only one month and I got a call saying there was no lock on my unit and it was empty! Someone stole everything from my unit! They do not have enough cameras to surveillance the whole property, which means they have zero evidence to my stolen property!

Terrible service all around. I had to put at least one star. Someone broke into several units by drilling out the lock. Fortunately, they did not get into ours, but they did ruin the lock, So, the storage unit property manager put on a new lock and never sent us the key. We've been trying to get a hold of somebody for 2 days now so we can move out. There is no local number for any of the places. All phone numbers for all the public storage facilities are only corporate numbers with the same phone message.
