Service was nonexistent. I was in a party of 2 and we were sat almost immediately at a booth just behind the hostess' stand. The booth itself was fine, just a little awkward as it left us directly facing a table of 5. The other occupants didn't make it awkward.. what did, however, was the fact that their waiter came out 4 different times (checking on their food, offering and bringing back a box, coming back to offer dessert and then ask about splitting checks). In every interaction with them, he either looked at my table briefly before handling the other table or he would completely have his back to us. It was unclear if he was meant to be our waiter, but he never checked to see if we needed to be helped. The hostess did not give us menus when she sat us (which is 50/50 at most places these days so we didn't worry about it at first). There was a severely worn out QR sticker on one side of the table. After a few minutes of no one coming over, we attempted to scan the QR code to see if maybe we were supposed to maybe put in a order through our phones. The QR code was so worn that neither of our phones picked up anything. During this time, we saw 3 waiters/waitresses at neighboring tables bringing out food, checking on patrons, and going over physical menus with people. During this time, we were not greeted. We never even received water.I didn't want to seem impatient, so we did not flag down anyone for about 10 minutes in hopes they just felt busy and were behind. Between 10-15 minutes later, we decided to leave after the waiter at the table less than 3 feet from us had his back to us for the 3rd time. As we left, we let the 2 hostesses sitting behind the counter at the front know that we vacated the table due to no one coming over to which they stayed seated and one said "sorry about that" as we left. The live music was a nice touch, though.

New management in the last 18 months has returned this place to one of my favorites on Pearl Street. Everything is yummy that I've ordered. They have always been accomdating when I brought vegans, even making quick vegan dishes once or twice. The staff is so sweet. The chicken enchiladas are great for a quick, relatively inexpensive meal.

Fantastic weekday breakfast spot! No need for reservations at open and I loved having the dining room to ourselves to start.Breakfast tacos were divine and my dining companions loved their dishes as well. Excellent cocktails (mine was a skinny paloma) to pair with our meal.Definitely want to come back for dinner!

Disappointing first time coming here. Food and atmosphere were great. Can’t say the same for service.Got seated fairly quick and the server came to stop by right after but was non-existent after that. After ordering, it took nearly a hour till we got our entrees. All we got was a sorry. To make things even better we got charged twice for our dinner. Again, another apology. Such a shame, this place has everything going for them except for the most important part, customer service.

I was very disappointed with our visit tonight. We made 715 reservations for four, assuming it would be busy for the last weekend of restuarant week. We were seated upstairs, at a table that had not been cleaned (there was a large dried sauce spill on the corner). The upstairs area felt like the place where kids are put at Thanksgiving - no atmosphere, dark, and out of the way.Instead of having one server in charge of the 8 tables upstairs, each server had a couple tables in addition to their tables downstairs. Bad idea, especially on a busy night. Though we were seated immediately, it was a good ten minutes before we got water or menus. It took almost another 20 before she came back and took our order and then an hour and a half to get our food. I work in the service industry as well, and I know a kitchen can get backed up, but this was ridiculous. In that time, we saw our server once. One time in over an hour. We were offered complimentary chips and salsa, that was it.Our food was delicious when it finally arrived, but by that time, we were all tired and only had a few bites before we threw it in take away boxes and left. One lukewarm apology and a "thank you for being patient" was all we got.Management definitely needs to figure out how to assign tables on busy nights. We probably won't be back because of the lackluster service and zero sign of urgency with the waitstaff. Too bad, because the food is really good.

We were lucky to visit during Denver Restaurant Week, with a reservation for Thursday evening. We were on the early side, but it filled up around 6:30. From 6:00 forward there was a live 5-piece band which was awesome! The menu for Denver Restaurant Week was excellent, with plenty of choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike. One of us had selections from that menu, but they also had the full menu available. Appetizers were excellent, including the tortilla soup and the corn and chips. Fajitas were great, as was the half chicken with mole sauce. And we finished off with the flan. Cocktails were tasty. Service was very good, with one of our servers in training during that time. Great ambiance, excellent food and service, we would definitely recommend to couples looking for a nice date night. Give yourself a little extra time for parking, because the street is very busy.

Food was very good I had the Cali burrito. I had the skinny margarita it was delicious. The service was great as well. One thing is that I am a salty person but they add a little too much salt. Rather than that the atmosphere was great

Yall are ridiculous. The food was great. My boyfriend grew up in Texas and I lived there for 5 years. Is this authentic Mexican? No. Don’t come here if you want that. Is this great food? Yes, don’t kid yourself. If you’re doubting these reviews, get what we got. I would spare the salsa, but get the elote and a taco plate. Tacos are bomb. Elote is bomb, drinks are bomb.

It was our first visit to this restaurant and we were there for Restaurant Week and it was wonderful. It is a very pretty restaurant and the 3-course meal and the service were excellent. Being there on the weekend, we enjoyed the live music too. The only negative is the lack of parking in the busy neighborhood.

We arrived at the restaurant without reservations. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked if it would be much longer. We were seated after 45 minutes. We had a margarita at the bar. Then were seated. We waited an hour to get our food. The manager came over to apologize. The food came after an hour. It was inedible. I ordered the cali burrito. It was soggy, wrapped in tin foil, as if it sat too waiting to be served. There were two shrimp in each half and lots of sour cream. No chicken. It tasted horrible. The fajitas were ok. We were at the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours and then served subpar food. At least the band was good. The manager apologized for the long wait due to being short handed in the dining room and kitchen. She comped us $29.00 for the lousy food and service. We will not be back. Hopefully we can see the band somewhere else.

This has got to be one of the coolest restaurants I've been to in Colorado. It's so soothing with the lighting. The menu wasn't overwhelming and the food was pretty affordable. The guacamole is really good and the chips are salty (I appreciate that). My partner and I ordered the mezcal margaritas and tamales and tacos. The fried avocado taco was amazing but had a little too much cabbage, the shrimp tacos were also good but I wish they had double tortillas. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great! The servers were warm and welcoming which is refreshing because you don't get that everywhere anymore. We had Mia as our server, she made sure we had everything we needed and checked a perfect amount! If you're around Platt Park definitely try this place - super worth it!

Arguably the worst dining experience I have ever had. Came in for a 730 reservation. Sat ten minutes after. 15 minutes to get greeted. 15 more for drinks and app order. 36 minutes later I was able to order my entree This isn't the servers fault, it's management. The poor server is running around an entire restaurant with no organization. The tables next to us left after 2 hours and not even eating their food. Mezcalrita with egg white foam (not what I ordered, but hey, shortcuts) Skinny margs 3 shots of casamigos Elotes Burrito 2 tacos $200!? I've had better meals at the aurora buffets. The only thing that wasn't terrible was the elote. The food was mediocre at best. My wife's shrimp tacos came with 2 shrimp, one of which was legitimately ice cold. The salsa that cost $5 it's easily topped by herdez from the grocery store. Again this ain't the servers fault, this falls upon management. However, I can confidently say this was the worst dining experience I've had in Colorado in at least a decade. Sorry buen suerte. Gotta do what you gotta do to pay for all the fancy lights.

Que Bueno Suerte, first of all is grammatically incorrect in Spanish. Second of all, the food was mid af. We got the fajitas and there was like 6 strips in total, ong. And it wasn’t even FAJITA beef, it was brisket, pinches codos. Of course the vibes are vibing, they have to make up for the food. The live music is lit, but yeah the food is wack. I should have read the other reviews.
