About Queso Campesino
Colorado Ranchers Dairy Products, Inc. was founded in 1996 at a small plant in Brush, Colorado where the Mexican cheese, Asadero, Queso Fresco, and Menonita were manufactured. The demand for Mexican cheese and the growth of the Hispanic population created a need for additional cheese products under the Queso Campesino label.

Thanks to Queso Campesino for helping us be a Caputo Cup 2018 award winner. We placed 3rd in Non-Traditional in the 2018 Caputo Cup at the Pizza and Pasta Expo. Much thanks for the Crema, Asadero, Oaxaca, and Cotilla. Some of the key components to set our pizza apart and make it amazing!
