I’m always very nervous getting my blood drawn, Danielle’s warm presence really put me at ease, she was fast and professional. She has such a steady hand, it was almost painless! Plus they got me in and out in under 15 mins. I will definitely come back to this location for routine bloodwork.

When you go into Quest there is a worker to greet you and ask if he could be any help. Michael is so kind and polite. 100% improvement from 6 months ago.
Efrain took our blood. He is efficient and knowledgeable. Really knows his work and very polite and thoughtful. I really appreciate these employees. I don't know if other quests are ike this but we highly recommend this quest

I called ahead to confirm if an appointment was needed for a drug test, and the operator assured me there was no need. They said I could just walk in, and the process would take only 10 minutes. However, I’ve been waiting for an hour with no response. Others are walking in and getting tested immediately, while I’m left waiting without any explanation. This has been the worst experience ever.

Front desk security was courteous. Danielle drew my blood. She is very skilled, caring and friendly. My veins are a challenge for most people. She did it at first try. I met Bernadette too. She was very nice and caring as well. Thank you both!

I don’t normally do reviews but Ayat was WONDERFUL. 5 stars purely for her. I absolutely hate getting blood drawn and have put off my appt for over a month because of it, but she was so quick and kind. I went early on a Friday and there was no long wait. Scheduling online was easy for me but it doesn’t appear you can speak to a person over the phone if you have any questions, which is unfortunate.

Thank you to Ayat who made my blood draw experience quick and easy! She was kind and patient and knew exactly what she needed to do about, and how to find, my “little” veins. I arrived 10 min early and was in and out in < 15 min. Far better experience than getting a blood draw at my PCP office. I will return to this location for any future Quest tests!

Impossible to talk to a person to schedule an appt. They only have an automated voice machine for scheduling and if you don’t have an “American” sounding name, it does not recognize it. I was on the phone for at least 30 min, sounding out my name, spelling my name and doing the whole “R as in rabbit, etc” to no avail. Looks like no appointment will be possible. Way to go quest. Even your answering service is racist.

Choose another location.
They will not do work drug screens and they will not do anything without an appointment. Waste of time.

The receptionist and phlebotomist were very welcoming, professional, and helpful. The phlebotomist was intentional about making me feel comfortable.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TEST RESULTS IN A TIMELY MANNER..
Recently I went in for a Covid test (Swab), and it has been almost 48 hrs now, and I still haven’t received my results (text/email). The “Results” tab shows as “In progress”. This is ridiculous.. 48 hrs to get results for a Covid test..? And there’s no way to inquire about it today, because it’s a Saturday and they are closed on the weekends..

Make sure that your insurance company is in network, because Quest will give you no indication if it is accepted or not. I have BCBS which is typically accepted everywhere, but not at Quest! They sent me a $1200 bill for routine blood work. It is apparently a pretty common issue with Quest. I wish I had never come here.

arrived 20 minutes early for a simple blood draw and they had me in and out before my appointment time even began.
