I normally love this quik trip but today I went (12/07) with no card just my quik trip pay intending to get gas. I went to 3 different pumps attempting to get gas and NONE OF THEM worked for me to scan to pay. Automatically it’s not the safest for a woman to be pumping gas by herself when it’s dark so my intentions was to get gas and get out but I can’t do that if the machine isn’t working so I just left and went to a Sinclair….

I would just like to say that this location has been such a great place everyone here is so amazing especially my guy Taylor and my dude Drew they are just so awesome they listen to my needs and than yall have the products I want I especially appreciate the time they take out of thier day to help me grab my drinks down truly they have a customer for a life thank you both for always going above and beyond for not only myself but for all who walks in each day that to me is why Quicktrip has the slogan Welcome In!!!

I'm visiting here for Kansas City and a big fan of Quiktrip back where I'm from. I appreciate the staff here working on Thanksgiving morning to help me find what I needed to deal with the problem on my car. Great job here with the staff!

Gathering supplies for my daily commute today when I was run into by a floor mopping robot in the the store. Telling the man behind the counter this information he seemed uninterested and didn't care about about my concerns. I became upset and began to explain to him that this was not a safe device to have rolling around the store running into customers when paying a person to do the job would be safer and more effective. His smirk then began to anger me and I had a few choice words with him repeatedly asking for an apology that seemed almost impossible to get with any kind of remorse. I'd like an apology from this company for this managers lack of one during my visit. I'm unsatisfied with the care and concern for the safety of myself and the others in the store. This is unexceptable and your company should be ashamed.

I came here after leaving the car wash next door. Service here was decent, I bought two hot dogs, and I found the condiment section was at 80% of 100%. The ice cooled condiments holder was low on supplies, but I was able to make my hot dogs the I like to. The choices of hot dogs were lacking, and it may have been to staffing issues. There really isn’t a reason to have on 6 wieners of one type of hot dog vs. the 30 of three types typically on the rollers. I will include the fact it was during lunch hour. However, while I was in there, I was the only person getting items of the rollers.
The restrooms need better attention, and the fuel island’s squeegees, towels, and wind wash needed attention, too. I left my phone in the truck. Otherwise, I would have taken some pictures.
Overall, the experience was good.

I go to QT almost everyday. I like their coffee and egg and cheese sandwich. I gave a two star because of what happened tonight. I went there to get something to drink and put gas in my car. As soon as I pulled up by the main building my car was surrounded by at least 30 teenagers! I couldn’t get out. They weren’t threatening me at all but the sheer number was overwhelming. I looked over to the little Wendy’s restaurant next door and saw another 22 teenagers in that really small restaurant. Then I saw the manager start kicking them all out.She looked pissed! Then she was standing outside calling the cops. Next thing you know a bunch of cops showed up. All the teenagers scattered and some went to hide in QT. Before the cops showed up the teenagers were everywhere. These women working at QT didn’t do anything. I saw one guy working at QT and he was looking out the doors. When I finally got into the store they were standing there looking at the security tv’s. These teenagers were disrupting their business in a bad way. Why didn’t they call the cops? I tried calling 911 five times and kept getting a recording saying they were busy but don’t hang up. The manager at Wendy’s kept standing outside her restaurant making sure they wouldn’t come back. I ended up not getting gas because over half of the teenagers stood at the pumps when the cops showed up. As I was leaving a whole bunch more cops showed up and another seven cops were walking down central park heading to QT. I personally have not seen this in Northfield/ Stapleton.

Everybody here is ALWAYS nice. But! Today...
I go in to get my breakfast Sammy, like I do every day I work...
The kitchen staff was busy as usual. However, they weren't following sanitation protocols for food handling.
I saw them take my bread, put it on the counter, then accidentally put a tray on my bread. I asked them to replace the bread and asked where the paper was to go under my bread. The clerk began telling me it's fine, the tray was clean. I asked her to replace the bread again. She asked why? I have witnessed sandwiches being made touching the trash can then the sandwich. That is so gross!
Are you serious?????
Other than today, this is my go-to.
