I have an odd shaped table and wanted a glass table top for protection. The company came out and measured and did a fantastic job cutting the glass and installing it on the table top. Very pleased with this company. I called again to order a glass mat so that my beautiful hardwood floor can be seen in the office and received a nice welcome back from Brandi, (awesome that she remembered me) and again the cut and install was perfect. I would highly recommend this company! Great folks who do a great job.

If I could leave 0 I would. They missed the measure appointment and pushed me off several days. Then missed the install appointment and pushed me again. Then didn't call ahead for the install either and got pushed again cause no one was there. Product is fine, but if you are looking for customer service and punctuality, go elsewhere. All you get here is a headache you've got to babysit.

I had R&K come and install multiple mirrors at my house. The crew left and I found some issues. The outlet cover for the mirrors were not installed correctly and now the glass outlet covers are loose and flopping around. There was one mirror which had a chip and the installer went ahead and installed it and left without telling me. I had to call them and complain to get a replacement. In addition, my sink was cracked after the installers left. It is a brand new sink and I had pictures which I showed the manager. He said he would agree to reimburse me $100 to help me get a new sink. He has not kept his promise. I have not seen the money or heard back from him. A very unethical and unprofessional business.

We hired this company to install a shower door. The installers broke the door while installing it, shattering it into hundreds of pieces. In doing so they damaged our brand new bathtub, damaged our new tile work and tore our vanity off the wall. They have not been very responsive about repairing / replacing anything. It has taken multiple call/ emails to even contact them. R and K was one of the more expensive shower door installers but we were told we would get a great finished product. This has obviously NOT been the case.

There was a challenge with the initial design of our steam shower door. R&K resolved the issue at no extra charge. The end product exceeded our expectations. We love it!

Ben from R&K Glass is terrible. I am writing this review because he screwed up my glass order and wasted almost 6 weeks of my time (holding up my entire project), then disappeared while pretending the new glass was in production. I never write bad reviews, but since he decided to just stop responding to me, this is the only way to hold him accountable.I hired Ben because he said he wanted to do a quick single panel glass job for me. From day 1 the expectation from him was that he would have it measured, cut and installed in a week; 2 weeks max. He assured me this wouldn't be a problem at all. If he didn't want to expedite the job, I would have hired someone else. After three weeks he delivered the completely wrong size glass, then blamed the factory for it and even told my family that it was because I wanted things too quickly. Keep in mind, he was the one that told me from the get go that he would have it installed within a week. He probably wouldn't have gotten the glass measurements wrong if he had actually done an invoice and sent it to me like he said he would 5+ times. The guy is full of excuses about every little thing. I was understanding of the error and gave him a chance to get this resolved. Promises of getting the new glass done in a few days turned into a few weeks, and then he went completely radio silent, not responding to text or phone calls. It turns out, it was just more lies and excuses to string me along. I get that you are busy, but this is no way to do business. Treating customers like this when business is still busy is one thing, because there is a line of other jobs to move on to, but when things slow down, having lazy and dishonest employees like Ben is going to really hurt the company. I started over with a different company who quoted me 3-4 weeks turnaround. They got it installed perfectly in only a week and a half, and they were professional throughout the process.

2-weeks and I'm still waiting on a small piece of glass for a storm door.We've called them 4 times & they keep saying they'll look into it & call back but they never do. Frustrating......
