**Review: Disappointing Stay with a Silver Lining**My recent stay at Ramada left much to be desired. The building, seemingly stuck in the 50s, exuded an outdated charm that extended to its amenities. The elevators were painfully slow, reminiscent of a bygone era, and desperately in need of modernization. The hot tub, touted as a relaxing retreat, proved to be a disappointment, barely functional and hardly worth the effort of getting in. The beds were comfortable, but the TVs were relics from another era, lacking the crisp clarity of modern screens. The biggest letdown, however, was the coffee situation. A throwback to old-fashioned methods, the coffee maker required manual effort, a stark contrast to the convenience of a Keurig. The result? Lackluster coffee that left much to be desired.Despite these shortcomings, there was a silver lining to my stay. The diner conveniently located within walking distance, just across from the hotel, was a true gem. Its delightful offerings made up for the hotel's shortcomings, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.In conclusion, while my experience at Ramada was less than stellar, the nearby diner provided a much-needed reprieve, showcasing that sometimes the best parts of a trip are found beyond the hotel walls.

We stayed there on 3/3/2024. We were at the airport and waited over an hour for a shuttle. It never came. We finally ordered an Uber. We got there and there was no one to check us in. We waited 15 to 20 minutes for someone to check us in. The room was ok. We went to check out and the young woman wouldn’t give us a receipt but was supposed to email it to my husband. It never came. After 2 days and many calls they do not answer their phone so we still don’t have the receipt for our stay. We definitely would not recommend the hotel and definitely won’t stay there again. Also after contacting Wyndham customer care, they can’t help either. No one could contact them and my husband was given an email to the manager and got no response there either. We also got an email that comes back undeliverable.

This hotel fails in almost every aspect.! Much better places for the same price nearby.Waited for the shuttle 45 minutes. Then was told it was full and we would have to wait another 45. It’s shared with other hotels. Got an Uber for $20. Asked hotel if they could reimburse me. Rudely said no.Bed was sort. We both woke up with back problems.Window trim falling out.Heater very loud and smelled like mold. Carpets dirty. Haven’t been replaced in decades.Water pressure was low.Shuttle back to the airport was late.Staff doesn’t care.First time at Ramada. Will be our last.

Room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. Only flaw there were no working draperies (only sheers) so lack of privacy/room darkening.Biggest disappointment was the earliest shuttle is at 4:30. This is an airport hotel and there are 6:00 a.m. flights. This was the whole reason I stayed at a hotel before my 6:00 flight. I ended up spending $50 for an Uber.Return shuttle only ran every 45 minutes; waited forever outside.I rarely leave bad reviews but this was a huge disappointment and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stuck at airport for over an hour before paying for an Uber. We waited for a shuttle for 45 minutes. When it arrived it was small and filled up before we could get on. The driver said we’d have to wait at least 45 minutes for another shuttle. I called front desk and requested an earlier pick up or to refund our pay out of pocket Uber and the front desk person said they do not do that and that we’d have to wait for the other shuttle..

Perfect location. Food is outside the hotel in the parking lot. 2 minute walk. Beds are comfortable for 4 to 5 hours. Then soreness sat in. Bring Tylenol to be sure you can function later. Breakfast was not ok. It was all refused, rewarded up food. The yogurt was expired, the cottage cheese was curdy, and the coffee tasted "burned." The only good thing was the waffles. But a tenant was picking his fingers and using it. No thanks. I asked for a driver upon arrival. Took him 2 hours to get me. So I took Uber. I notified the hotel when I arrived at the terminal. Where to stand. And what color the van is. Nope. Nothing. I called them 3 times in 2 hours. Nope. No free water or hydration when I arrived either. Small TV. but nothing in the living room by the couch or chair. Bad design, maybe for a suite? It's still decent. But not for the price. Lots of homelessness on the corners, streets, and adjacent to the buildings now. They are everywhere. Sad to see children on the streets and strollers with the mom with more kids. Denver has changed. It's a drastic change over the last 18 months. I will sleep at the airport for a layover. The cost of my stay and the amenities. No thank you.

Great hotel, big rooms, nice indoor pool, breakfast was great. The price was very reasonable. I will be staying here again.

It was dirty with stained linens and bed ruffles a and a hole in the bed covers. Beat up furniture. Leaking toilets. It was like you’d expect in a bottom level hotel. Very disappointed. The front desk person that came in later was nice and helpful, the 3rd room I was in was ok.The only positive was that it was close to DIA and the parking where I needed to leave my car. I stayed there because I had a very early flight and it was snowing.Rooms: They need new bed ruffles, linens, better ways to wash white sheets, so they don’t have stained footprints on them if it’s a stain, replace or repair some of the beat up furniture so it doesn’t look so trashy, Clean walls and fingerprints, fix Toilets from leakingFood & drinks: Offer prepackaged, basic breakfast items for people who have to leave before 6 AM. You could offer yogurt and muffins to go.

The room was kinda dirty and the comforter on the bed was all ripped up at the top for some reason?? It got extremely hot and no matter what we did it didn’t really help. It smelt like pot too.. someone was smoking it somewhere nearby and it made our room smell like a dogs wet fart. When we called the front desk and told them, they took a while to come up and then told us we were lying because by the time they got there the smell had faded away. I slept.. decently so I guess that’s good? I don’t know, I don’t think I’d stay here again. ( ・᷄ᯅ・᷅ )

Great customer service. Comfortable beds. Good location right next to diner and a short walk to convenience store. Have stayed 4 times now.

The service was good. The beds were adequate. The room was clean over all, although the furniture was somewhat worn. Not really a 2 1/2 star hotel to me. However, with a little bit of updating, it could be…price was a little higher than it should’ve been, but I’m supposing that is because of the location next to the airport and the free shuttle.

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Denver International Airport during our recent trip to Colorado, the hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, and there is also a nearby diner - the moonlight diner.there is ample parking, and easy to get in and out of the property by vehicle, in our experience it was quiet and calm and also felt safe at night.they have an airport shuttle service, the rooms felt clean, overall a good experienceRooms: the rooms are clean and cozyFood & drinks: moonlight diner is right across from the hotel it has great dining options
