Last year we had to get our roof replaced because of hail damage. I got zero response from several supposedly highly rated roofing companies in the Denver Area, so I called Red Diamond. They immediately responded and worked with us to get a quick estimate. The project manager was Ed Duffy--who walked us through the whole process and stayed on it to the end. My wife and I are very busy and Ed worked with us to make sure and minimize any inconvenience during the course of the project. They were fast and did a great job--the crew was courteous and professional. When I experienced what I thought was leaking coming from my whole house fan vent this past winter, they responded quickly to my request to come out and inspect the roof to make sure there was no problem. It turns out that it wasn't a problem with the roof, but rather condensation on the attic fan after extreme cold weather that was running down to the vent. I will definitely call Red Diamond for all of my roofing needs.

Disrespectful. They purposefully trespassed to put their solicitation directly next to our No Soliciting sign. There is no way possible that this wasn’t intentional. They looked at the sign before they set the solicitation down. Weak af. Putting money over people.

Working with Red Diamond and our project Manager Mathew was an amazingly uncomplicated process. They did all the work for us, including helping us mitigate with the insurance company to get everything taken care of.
Mathew was in constant communication, even despite the delays in materials due to the overwhelming needs that the hail storm caused the region. We were able to reach Mathew with ease and he kept us updated all the way through to the end of the project.
We were super grateful to have worked with Red Diamond and would do so again should the need ever arise.

Red Diamond Roofing did an excellent job on everything that they promised to do. The price was right, they were on time with a fast installation and did a very good job on the cleanup. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond my high expectations. This company has very high standards. I highly recommend them.

Red Diamond Roofing is fantastic! While neighbors signed up with the first (literally) company that knocked on our doors wanting to replace roofs due to recent hail damage, (I almost signed up with the second one due to their name and story) I decided to spend a couple weeks time researching first, and was impressed by Red Diamond Roofing's great reviews and awards so I called. I was again impressed when Troy, the owner himself, answered and professionaly and immediately got the process started. Then the Project Manager Tyler came by, was confident, and knew his stuff, and I knew for certain I had selected the right contractor. During the entire process, Tyler followed through with Everything he said, and was always on time. And it gets even better... The materials were delivered and the entire roofing work completed, all while surrounding homes still had their company's materials just sitting on their roofs. The work was completed the same day and cleanup was impeccable! My PM Tyler worked well with my insurance, explained to me what I wanted to know in great detail, and set very accurate expectations. I could not have asked for a more competent professional team to replace three very sizable roofs. Mathew Wright, the project manager, was both professional and personable as I was also going through a very personal loss at the time. I greatly appreciated the fact that they worked directly with my insurance company as I would have been extremely distracted otherwise. They gave me the luxury of the best products, most professional work, and least required personal involvement possible. I don’t want to think about what I would have done without them.

Red Diamond Roofing did a great job for a fair price on our hail-damaged roof replacement. It required coordination with a solar system detach. Their project manager Ed Duffy was easy to work with, and their crew of 10 roofers got our job done in 1 day. Highly recommended.Service: Roof installation

I highly recommend Red Diamond Roofing, Brian Dewald and the build crew. Even though there were some hiccups, Brian made sure that everything went smoothly. Especially with Juan's crew. The crew showed up on time, were very efficient and extremely polite and caring. They went above and beyond my expectations and also left my property in better shape than I left it (which is one of my pet peeves). I would definitely use them again if the need arises. ?

This company is outstanding! They really took their time and did an amazing job on our roof and gutters. They dealt with insurance company on our behalf. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof, gutters, or any repairs pertaining to their roof! Alan and Troy are very personal and they take their job to the highest level!
