This was my husband's first time purchasing an investment pair of boots and Jason was a phenomenal help in the process! He spent around an hour and a half ensuring my husband had selected the right pair of boots for him and gave amazing, focused service all while juggling other customers in the store. He was incredibly personable and amazing at educating on what factors should be present for the right fit. Thank you Jason!

I’ve been wearing redwing boots for 35 years. This is the first store and the first time a person at Red Wing would not stand behind their boots. It’s very unfortunate but as far as it goes now, I will have to do business elsewhere and give up on Redwing because of this Experience as a business owner I don’t think it makes sense to allow a bad review, simply based on product quality.

My husband came in with hopes of finding a new pair of work boots. Jason surpassed our expectations with exceptional customer service. Very welcoming and very knowledgeable. Jason did a wonderful job guiding my husband to find the perfect fit for him. If you need work boots and need some guidance, this is the store to come to shop!

Wonderful experience! I called ahead to make sure the store had the boot I was interested in. Kent pulled some boots and had them ready when I arrived. He helped me with scans to show my foot size and what boots would work best. He was so knowledgeable! He found different types of boots and orthotic combinations for me to test until we found the perfect combo. He made sure that I felt confident in my choice by asking good questions and talked me through sale options to make sure I got the best price. He called another store and had them express ship me a pair of shoes, which saved me a trip to another location. Thank you, Red Wing and Kent, for fantastic service! After my boots' maiden backpacking trip, I'm confident I made the best decision.

Walked in on June 1st 2024 and immediately met with a hello from, Jason. He also asked my name so he could speak to me on a first name basis, wow!!! Excellent customer service and I’ve only been inside the store for less than two minutes, he even complimented my dirty work boots!!! Jason asked me several questions regarding what type of boot I was looking for and how they’ll be used. He introduced me to the Ultimate Fit Experience and asked me to stand on a mat and walk over one to help determine my actual shoe size and how I walk on my feet, oh wow!!! The results were very interesting and Jason made sure to walk me through everything so I understood. Applause to Red Wings for this, I felt like I was inside a high end shoe store being treated like royalty. He offered several style boots and the fit was excellent after the Ultimate Fit Experience.
The store is very organized, clean and comfortable highly recommended a visit and Red Wing Boots!
After almost two months these boots are very comfortable and worth every penny. ?

I went to the Redwing store in Denver today, Jason was very knowledgeable and no pressure. He helped fit me and went thru about three different styles before I found what I liked. Very nice staff and store.

Poor customer service. Jason is rude and Redmond..... well, something is wrong with Redmond. I've bought Red Wing boots for over 30 years but never again from this store.
