I would give it a five star except for assuming that I go by male pronouns and I use female pronouns, please teach your employees not to assume someones gender pronouns because yes I makeup about one percent of the people who doesn't identify with the gender assigned at birth and I deal with gender dysphoria as it is so please teach them to be inclusive towards trans people and not assume and to use they, them or their if they aren't sure by what a person goes by because it helps lessen gender dysphoria

I don't know if it's the same people who have owned this 7-11 or if it's been sold to another person within the last 20 years. One thing I can say, is this 7-11 has gone down hill for the worse. This location used to have a great manager and crew about 10 or so years ago. The people who work here now are racist and have no people skills let alone customer services skills. The manager herself has a very bad attitude and is rude to people. Just about every single person that works at this location is extremely rude to the customers with the exception of one or two workers. There is one girl In particular that has the worst attitude. She has absolutely no business working with the public what so ever. Ive been through her check out a couple times, She won't even acknowledge that you are standing right in front of her, she's either deep in a personal conversation on her cellphone. Or she's just flat out rude and won't say one word to you. I've literally had to wait about 5-7 minutes to get checked out because I was interrupting her phone call, she wouldn't help me until after she hung up the phone. And when she finally did check me out she was hateful as if I was just a complete annoyance to her. Just tonight I was in there getting a couple scratch tickets and she miss heard what number I told her I wanted, Which was not a big deal until she made it in to one. When I realized she had given me the wrong ticket I tried to tell her that it wasn't the correct one I wanted. That little girl had the never to sit there and argue with me on what number I told her I wanted. If she had any manners or customer services skill she would have said my apologies I miss heard you, then corrected the issue, but oh no not this girl she has the never to fight back with me and tell that I'm in the wrong! I get the same ticket every time I go in there, even if it was my mistake she still had no right to handle the situation the way she did. She continues to argue with me for a couple minutes then she tells me that she's not going to sell me anything and gives me money back. Which was ok with me I was going to ask for it back anyway. As I'm leaving I ask one of the other employees for her name so I could contact her supervisor and he gives me a fake name in Spanish. They both treated me like I was stupid because I'm white and dont know Spanish. I know enough Spanish to know that wasn't her name. I just can't believe how extremely rude and racist these people are, absolutely no people skills what so ever. I wash my hands of this location, until they can get some friendlier people in here I will take my business else where.

This place does not enforce the mask or 6 foot distance laws. Not following COVID standards.

This is the best Redbox location on all of Pecos. You can get a movie and a slurpee!!!!!!!
