I switched to this “reliable” alarm system and someone broke into my shop for 3 minutes. Shattered glass and broke the gate and the only thing this reliable system did was post it on their alarm screen. Didn’t have any alarm go off. Didn’t notify anyone. If you want your house or business robbed hire this company!

Had an emergency and they totally dropped the ball. No alarm, no notifications, no call, no 911 dispatch. Nothing. This is after taking payment for 2 months and assuring me that “everything was working”after installation and now they’re dodging my calls. Go somewhere else

I gave them a good rating when they did the install. That was fine. Service after the install has been bad. My system doesn't work anymore after just 5 years and they will not return any of the 3 emails I have sent them.
