Lemme preface by saying I clean operating rooms as my profession. So I’m gonna put all the “nit picky” stuff at the bottom. Our room was never serviced. We were there sat-mon for the Nicki concert.First day, I noticed the problems you see below. I was gonna ask the room service woman to clean up the blood the second day by leaving a note. I got back from the gym a little after noon. I saw the housekeeper wheeling her cart out of the elevator (I took the stairs) & I waited patiently for her.She went down the hall to the right, I went straight and went into my room. My partner and our friend were waiting for me at the brunch spot, so I made it a quick shower and left.By the time I got out of the hotel room (20-30 minutes), the same housekeeper had came & left a note that said “due to the do no disturb sign, we did not service your room.”There was no do not disturb sign & she was not even working on rooms near me. She went out of her way to run up that minute & leave the note on my door? It was incredibly unprofessional & it explains a lot about the quality of cleanliness we received. No pool, nor any real amenities. Just a “gym,” a bar, and an actual steakhouse.. with steakhouse prices.. for room service. Also, $59/night for valet parking? Insanity. Just a greedy and lazy establishment.First thoughts:I noticed a spot of blood immediately after walking into the bathroom. To the right of the door as you exit. The tub itself was clean, you could see where they wiped. But it was not scrubbed. You could see the grey build up along the sides. The bedding and towels smelled musty. The couch looked had stains in a lot of spots showing clear wear.Rooms: Not worth the money.Nearby activities: It’s downtownWalkability: Close to a lotFood & drinks: Overpriced room serviceNoteworthy details: Lazy staff, poor communication, unprofessional.

I really liked the whole ambiance of this hotel. My room was a perfect temp, I felt like I was at home from the bed to the restroom. I felt very safe and seen by valet. Even though I was there for a short time it all felt very friendly and personable. Kudos to the valet for sure!

Cons: 20 mins to check in, lobby bathrooms were a disaster, bartender service isn’t timely, many rooms look out onto a concrete wall with a foam air conditioner running. Pros: great location, friendly staff, cool

Rooms: Bathroom doors are bad. They have those sliding barn style doors that don’t close up all the way and you can hear everything thru them. Don’t know why hotels have those. It sucks for sound and privacy.Curtains were hard to use and a struggle to close and open.Walkability: Great

Fun place. We live in CO, but took a winter long weekend in the city and did tourist things. Really liked this hotel, location was super convenient, valet was simple and efficient, staff friendly. Rooms were solid. There is a bit of wear in halls and such, but over all it was kept, clean, nice and definitely worth returning to. The lobby bar was solid as well. Infact The lobby was enjoyable, good for socializing and an attractive space. The on site restaurant was better than most. So over all a good choice. I would go back without hesitation.

Great hotel, grand, nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good location and nice gym. Food at breakfast ok and dining room good. Valet parking $60 night and prices for stay vary significantly but they did match on line prices at front desk. Only odd thing is maitired at the Restaraunt kept sending guests to sit at the bar, several mentioned also odd as the restaraunt empty almost !

Historical building that has a wonderful sense of elegance to it. From the moment you walk in, you feel it.The bartenders are great, rooms were super clean and beautifully designed. Guest services are knocking it out of the park!

This hotel is very cool. The lobby alone was worth the stay. Rooms were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. A number of restaurants and stores and attractions within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again.

Spent New Year's Eve downtown and at this hotel. It was awesome. The rooms were comfortable and everyone who worked at the hotel was great as well. We rang in the New Year at the bar in the lobby and just before midnight they gave everyone in the bar a Champagne toast. Great experience!

This hotel is stunning. It's in an old bank building, and the architecture is beautiful. The lobby is one long open space with the checkin desk, restaurants, and bar all right there. My room was standard, but nice. The breakfast in the club lounge was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.Walkability: I was able to walk to lots of fine dining and bar options. It's in the heart of downtown, near the clocktower.Food & drinks: I ate at the attached steakhouse one night, and it was great too.

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend trip while visiting Denver, this hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and the 16th street mall. Staff were very friendly and incredibly accommodating given one of our flights were delayed. They offered us umbrellas when it rained, valet and bartenders were very polite! Drinks were good, so many neat details in the decor and the place was very clean! I would recommend to a friend or stay again if in town!Walkability: We were able to walk to Sam’s no 3 for breakfast, and the Rock Bottom Brewing Co for dinner. 16th street mall was super close too.
