I hired this company recently to help me with a local move in the Denver area. They did a great job! They were careful with my belongings and got the job done quickly. Super friendly guys too! This was my third time using Roadrunner and every time was great. Their pricing also cannot be beat. Highly recommended!

For your own sake, please DO NOT use this moving company. As a kindergarten and first grade teacher, I consider myself to be patient, empathetic, and understanding. Although, one of the very few things that upset me is dishonesty and disrespect, which were two root causes of the issues I encountered with Road Runner Moving and Storage. To begin, I shared my moving plans when I called Road Runners with Steve, who seemed to be a very knowledgable and stand-up kind of guy. The only problem was that an empty promise was made in regards to my delivery date, which completely messed up my whole move. If Steve had been honest and upfront from the get-go, I would be more understanding. For those of you moving for the first time, I learned the hard way that the pick up date of your stuff DOES NOT AFFECT the delivery time at all, no matter what the moving company representative tells you. By this I mean that my move in date was July 1, so I asked Steve when I should get my load picked up to ensure a delivery of July 1 (since my place would be completely empty). He told me I should have it picked up in mid-June, as it should take 2 weeks at the most to get my stuff delivered. So, I had my stuff picked up June 16, expecting a delivery date of July 1, as promised. I reached my destination on July 1st after a long and exhausting road trip and was ready to move-in. I called RR and was told that my stuff was still at the origin of pick-up. My stuff was not delivered until July 16. Just to be clear, I was stuck in my empty apartment with NO mode of transportation, NO cookware/kitchenware/silverware, NO bed, NO desk, only 3 pairs of clothes, 2 pairs of shoes, limited bathroom supplies etc. I sent 99.9% of my belongings with the movers, which I found to be a big mistake. From the point of pick-up to delivery, I had been sleeping on the hardwood floor for a whole month. This could have been avoided if I knew pick-up date didn't matter. I would have arranged a much later pick up date to save 2 weeks of uncomfortably sleepless nights. Secondly, the delivery guys, Jose and Angel, told me that they would be able to deliver the night of July 15. I was ecstatic with this news and left work early to be home to let them in. I didn't hear from them for hours and finally reached out around 7pm to be told they were going to deliver the following day. Not only did I leave work early to be home for the delivery that I was told was going to happen that evening, I also missed out on a reunion dinner plan that had been set for months in advance. Additionally, this meant that I had to take the following day off work as well. The messiness of the logistics of the delivery was very disappointing and upsetting. Had they had better communication, I would have been able to stay at work to finish my complete shift on July 15 and could have joined for the reunion dinner...what a huge bummer. Angel and Jose came morning of July 16 and had me pay the remaining balance and sign the contract of delivery first thing, before I got to unpacking. A while after they had left, I realized my desk had broken. the front right wheel had been completely torn off, and now my desk doesn't stand up right. In addition, I did not receive everything I had sent during pick-up. I sent a full body mirror that I didn't receive, as well as a few boxes. I informed May about the situation (and included photos as evidence) and asked what she/the company would be able to do to help me out after the delayed delivery, the time wasted waiting for the movers and the day off I had to request to stay home and let them in, the broken desk, the missing mirror and packages that weren't delivered etc. After a few days of May failed to respond to my email, so I reached out again explaining that if she didn't reply by the end of the week, I would be writing a review here and also submitting a report to the BBB. So, here I am writing this review. It is quite upsetting and I feel that the customer service/support is extremely lacking. I do not feel cared for at all, and would no

Criminal is all I can say. I paid Road Runner a deposit to move my belongings on 6/1, was told would be 3 day window prior to 6/1 when would pick up. Did not show up or call, when I got a hold of dispatcher was told the truck broke down. Showed up at 8:30 pm on 6/4 which cost me addl rent and then was told next day they put my stuff in storage as did not have a driver..It us now 7/13/21 and I do not have my belongings and when I am able to get hold of someone at road runner after hours of trying to call I am told to call dispatch and was provided an incorrect number. Basically no one at Road Runner will return my call, tell me exactly where my items are or who the movers are that have my belongings or help me resolve the problem.

This moving company is a scam. We have been waiting over 5 weeks to receive the last of our shipment (they separated the move into 3 different shipments) We got charged over $10,000 for our move, the day of the move. without them doing inventory before hand. They never explained the insurance options and also demanded cash or Venmo the day of move and during delivery. All while holding our items hostage before paying up. They stated beforehand in the moving details that they accept check or credit card. These are all against regulations for the federal motor carrier safety administration. Also to add the amount of shoddy packing they did and all the damage we received to our items (they wrapped our peloton screen in paper for example). It is interesting how we can only file a claim settlement once and that they are holding the last of our things for over a month. They also hire movers from Craigslist. The delivery of our second shipment, there was one mover and he placed his hand in the wrong place on our treadmill and got his fingers sliced up. They had to crack the plastic on the treadmill to free his hand. My husband then had to be the mover along with the driver. This whole situation has been awful and we still are going through it as we try to obtain the last of our items. I just hope no one else has to go through this also. Do not go through a broker. And take the time to find a mover. We unfortunately did not get that opportunity.

We had two incidents that were a nightmare! I don't recommend, and here's why: Round 1: The movers were a no show for a 12 p.m. arrival on a Sunday. I called and left a message with Hire a Helper, which took 2 hours for them to get back to me. I was told they were making every effort possible to get a hold of the moving company, but to no avail. I directly called Road Runner and left a message. At this point it was almost 3pm. Finally, someone called me back from Road Runner (can't remember the woman's name). The woman said they were running late and on their way and would be another hour, which was a TOTAL lie. She never got a hold of the movers. It was 5pm, and I called Hire a Helper to see what our options were. They cancelled the Sunday move, and said they would try to find me someone first thing in the morning. We wasted 5 hours sitting around. We went home. At 5:30 p.m. I got a call from the truck driver, Pedro, who said their truck had broken down early in the day and just got it up and running and wanted to arrive for 7pm. When I told him I spoke to a woman at Road Runner who said you were on your way hours ago, he was baffled. He said that didn't happen. Anyway, it was too late at night. We were moving a 3 bedroom house for goodness sake and I wasn't going to be moving until midnight. He told me they they could be there at 10am Monday. So I agreed and figured he let everyone on his end know, both Hire a Helper and Road Runner. Round 2: Monday morning I got a call from Pedro that he was there early, and arrived at 9:45 a.m.. I was relieved, and on my way (5 minutes out) and told them to hang tight. However, when I arrived, no one was there, no truck, no people! I called him back and he was in another city. He apparently called the wrong number and thought I was the person he was meeting at a different address for their move. He told me that his supervisor said my job was cancelled. I said what??? You and I spoke last night, and I thought you arranged everything with your supervisor to meet me for 10 a.m. He said no, I was told your job was cancelled. WTF??? I said no, we agreed last night you'd be here at 10am. He didn't want to talk about this anymore, so he hung up on me. I was LIVID!!! Anyway, I called Hire a Helper and asked what happened. They said the same thing Pedro did. I explained our conversation, etc. but apparently Pedro didn't talk to anyone on his end. So we were back to square 1 after I made arrangements almost 6 weeks earlier. Hire a Helper said they couldn't get anyone for at least a week out. I was done. The whole experience was unprofessional and a nightmare, and we wasted two days for help that never arrived. I would NOT recommend using Hire a Helper. It was a disaster.

I would avoid doing business with the crew at all costs. While they showed up on time, around 5pm originally, they surveyed my apartment and said it was too much to move for that night for 2 people, staying it would take until 2-3 in the morning, and needed more people to move (fast forward, another crew did it in 2.5 hours). Additionally, the owner made a very directed racist comment in part of the rescheduling. They said they would come back in the morning at 8am. While that would have been bad enough, it's somewhat forgivable. I called the next morning and was told they could no longer move me in the morning, but guaranteed the move to be done that day, as it was the day I needed to hand in keys. Come 5pm, still no response. Luckily I found another moving crew at the last minute.

Fraudulent Florida based company preys on engraving people on day of move & once they receive your items the price increases like a ransom. Our family suffered over 1 week 2 days back & forth negotiating terms & on day if delivery they chipped dangerous and failed to bring 2 bed pieces a mattress & is spring Never answered the phone after calling several employees & when Memorial day today arrived told us to file a claim. Only to have the link misspell the actual word moving to be moving (Q) to deter us from filing. Awful Mike Miller, Victor dispatch, Michelle Brown & a host of outsourced amateur movers made our move the nightmare of nightmares Never use this unethical unprofessional fraud of a company.

I've used these guys twice in my Denver moves and experienced nothing but top notch attention and customer service! The movers have gone above and beyond both times to help me with the little details and Juan is pleasant to work with during stressful moves as well. They are also priced very competitively. Highly recommended!

Check all reviews before using, including Google reviews. There were a bunch of reviews that said that this "team" takes a crazy amount of time to move your stuff and that turned out to be the case with these guys and we ended up paying twice what we have paid the last two times we moved. Took this team of 3 people 6 hours to move just our furniture as we had moved everything else out of the house. Local Movers LLC moved ALL of our belongings previously and it took just about 3 hours. Local Movers only sent a two person team as well and still finished quicker. This team was constantly on their phones, chatting in the shade, taking breaks, deciding on the best way to move things, etc. In the end, we ended up with a bunch of damaged furniture including leather couches and other wood furniture. They even tried to convince us our furniture was damaged before they loaded it... The good is that they covered the floors and doorways to prevent damage to the house but that didn't help with not damaging our furniture. We will not be using again.

If I could give NO stars I would! The ONLY box that didn't show up happened to be the box with over $4,000 worth of valuables! They also damaged 5 large furniture items. When I initialed the ladling bill they never explained the 60 cents per pound reimbursement, which I'm still waiting to even get a reply back about over 3 weeks later. When I told them I even knew who stole the box they said it was serious and it wouldn't be tolerated, when I trie led to follow up on it their stance was, you can't prove anything?!! THEN..... I paid them an $800 deposit on a prior move that I cancelled that they still have yet to refund although I've been reassured it's been refunded 3 times and to give it "another week or so", this has been going on for a MONTH!!!! DO NOT use these robbers! Don't sign the 60cents pound insurance, keep track of EVERY BOX!
