If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! We were opening a store and things were VERY last minute and they stayed late, worked weekends and made it SO EASY for us by just taking care of everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have used Rocket Pack and Ship several times. They are the BEST shipping place I have ever dealt with. I would HIGHLY recommend and have always been treated with complete respect. Shipping has always been quick, easy and fairly prices.

The price increase is completely asinine. I understand you gotta make a little extra ontop of the cost of shipping but when overnight is $150 here and $45 at the usps down the street and $50 at this spot is really just $13 down the street I can't justify that. Also to charge $10 for a $.80 box? What are you guys smoking to think that's a reasonable price point for service and supplies? Used to be a good spot now it's the LAST SPOT to go. Honestly should never go there now with the amount itl cost for basically nothing

I was moving from Denver to NYC and brought a ton of stuff in to ship in bags. Basically everything that was in my studio apartment. This included fragile items and also a large curved monitor. Rocket Pack & Ship were super chill with the large amount of things, and did an excellent job packing everything. It was really nice getting to my spot in NYC and having everything make it. You paid really close attention to my things and packed my fragile items extremely well. I lost a couple cups but 99% of my things made it and considering the long distance they traveled I’m very impressed. They gave me an estimated quote when I dropped all my stuff off, which was accurate once everything was packed and shipped. I highly recommend Rocket Pack & Ship! The team made the most stressful part of my move the least stressful. Can’t thank you all enough.

The men Dave and John that run this are misogynists and treat women like garbage. John is too drunk, tripping and high to function and Dave is condescending and demeaning towards women. Also, it took three weeks to get a package from Denver to Denver when it should have taken 1-2 days at most. Package had leaking contents or sticky soap/cosmetic residue. I do not want to deal with these people ever again in my life.

I shipped a package from here and they stole everything. Not sure what actions to take. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! The person working behind the counter also tried to charge for extra stuff without my knowledge. Lastly, I'm fairly confident he was watching pornography when I showed up too.

They are supposed to open at 10am. Waited until 10:30 am to buy some packing tape and ship a few things and they never showed up to open.

Jon and David at Rocket Pack and Ship rock! They always pay close attention when packing things I need shipped and are just overall super helpful. I ship everything out from here and also come here for my printing needs, as well as to purchase beautiful home made birthday cards they have readily available. Love the atmosphere here and enjoy the busyness of the community coming through, saying hi on a first name basis and getting in and out with their mail.I also really appreciate that I’m still allowed to use their shipping services even though I can’t wear a mask. I’m not made to feel like a murderer here. Kudos.
