Absolutely wonderful! I needed to rent some equipment for a project in my new house. Without knowing exactly what I should rent, Mike went above and beyond to get me everything I needed. From getting all of the supplies and equipment, to spending extra time explaining the process and how to use it, to figuring out a solution when I ran into problems, he was there to help me the whole way. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. I will definitely be back for all of my concrete and floor prep issues!

I came in annoyed and questioning why they sold my father a certain type of glue. They were very understanding and willing to offer many solutions. From giving a full refund on a partially used glue tube to really explaining how it works. They are very knowledgeable on their glue and they helped us work out how we messed up and how we could fix it. Im glad i came back to talk to them and I will be recommending their services for stone and tile products again!

Knowledge and friendly staff that is always willing to help. I have been going here for about 7 years and am amazed at how they keep improving an already extremely well ran business. They retain employees and customers for a reason.
