“This message is for all those people whom I just hear complains about no carts.Okay for a reason they don't have carts not sure if you seen all those homeless people taking carts from everywhere. There is no more respect in this world lots of grocery stores have been worsen because of vandalism and because of that we can't have good stuff anymore! So learn to deal with it! As well as the plastic bags besides trying to be good for the World I am sure they took them off too because you just see them everywhere in the streets specifically in Denver, trash everywhere and specially plastic bags! And lastly the service could be better but people make employees the way they are! You see them miserable think how many people go and complain and yell at them there is no such thing anymore about a simple "thank you" or a simple "have a blessed day"! Everything is just about complains and Karen's! So understand them too!”

“This King Sooners is so conveniently close to where I live, so it's where I get most of my main grocery shopping done. Parking can be annoying, but I don't really mind having to walk. It does seem like things are always out of stock, but I can usually find most things I need. I do like how many self check-out machines there are so I never really have to wait long to buy my groceries. Everyone working there is usually very friendly and can help me locate things I can't find. Overall I'm happy with going grocery shopping here and can't complain!”

“I'm a new Wells Fargo customer and I have to say the customer service at this particular location is spot on! I've been in a few times because I wasn't able to deposit my check via the app, and both times, the employees were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, walked me through the steps of making deposits at their location and also showed me cool features on my phone via the app. I've had experiences with other banks where the tellers seem to hate their job and customer service is the last thing on their mind. I always appreciative especially when the "young" employees aren't rushing me and always willing to be helpful. Thanks ladies! Keep up the excellent work. I'd love to meet with their manager and give the proper thanks”
“This is my home grocery store. Generally very clean and staff are always willing to help out when I need to find something. Only downside is on certain days, they tend to run out of fresh produce.”
“Been going here for years. Very good store, good selection and always good service. One thing I have been puzzled about it. Upon entering, the hand held grocery baskets are placed on the right which makes you dodge outgoing traffic to get one. I would think its a no brainier to place them on the left as you walk in. I grow frustrated with this backward set up each time I go there. Please address.”

“This King Soopers is large and full equipped for all my grocery shopping needs. The employees are usually fast and friendly and the shelves are mostly fully stocked. The hot foods and deli department serves up fresh and tasty meals when I'm looking for a quick meal on the go. Good service at the deli counter and at check out.”

I came here and I believe she’s a manager. She knew what to do right away and in 5 minutes resolved my issue. It’s nice to see someone who knows what they’re doing. Great service and care. “I realized today that I've been ordering groceries for pickup this whole year from this location. It has been so incredibly convenient and helpful. I just put my order into the King Soopers website or phone app, schedule my pickup, park in a numbered spot.. And outcome my groceries. They load them into my trunk, take any coupons that I have and it's all done and about 5 minutes. Amazing. Occasionally, I get produce that isn't as ripe as I would like or isn't what I would have selected, but that doesn't outweigh the convenience and ease of picking up this way. I'll continue in 2024 to do the same.”
