Security guy working tonight was very disrespectful as I entered. As I checked out thankfully the manager put her foot down, and said he’d been disrespectful towards the Ross employees as well, and told the security guy to leave. Well done girl!

If I could leave a negative star I would. The management speaks to their employees horribly. While I was shopping recently I noticed a manager Maria and another named Beth admonishing an employee in front of customers. This is not how you treat staff. One bad manacan ruin a store and it seems this store has more than one. I hope the employee gets a better place to work or maybe they should have Maria's job.

The store's operating hours are accommodating, typically from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with slightly earlier openings at 9:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
While the prices are attractive, the store's organization can be lacking, with items often misplaced and sizes mixed together, making shopping a bit challenging.
Additionally, the store has faced issues with low inventory and disorganization, leading to a less than optimal shopping experience.
Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff and ample parking make it a convenient option for bargain hunters willing to invest time in searching through the merchandise.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by manager Maria. Will file a complaint with corporate.
Spent over $200 only to forget one item. When I returned the “manager” had me wait for over 20 minutes to tell me I didn’t leave anything. She was rude and requested I return when the store manager is available. I could not see her wearing a name tag. The store was extremely disorganized and during my visit I was never greeted by an employee or offered any help. As you enter the store, they mutter some random information about store policy. They don’t even look you in the eye as they are speaking. Almost as if they are annoyed at doing their job. Do not recommend you spend your money at this location.

Customer service was amazing. There was always someone around to ask if you had a question. Also, there is security at the front, so I always feel safe in there.

Didn't like this location at all. They have a weird system for letting people into the building and it's just awkward and i don't see a benefits to it. I will not be returning

We had to wait in line to walk into the store. Every Ross employee we encountered was rude except for the man working the upstairs fitting rooms. There were alarm tags on mens shoes squealing a high pitched noise non stop.. the store had crap everywhere, unorganized and dirty.
After we checked out with the cashier right in front of the damn girl standing by the door she demanded to see our receiptshe qatched the cashier hand us the reciept for our 3 items we purchased.. She was not a friendly or nice person. I told her we will never ever shop here again.

Well I think it's pretty obvious that this store has a bad reputation of closing whenever the hell they want. My experience was one such evening where they just decided to not sell me a jacket in the rain saying that they were closed even though they were well within store hours and there was already other customers in the store.

I paid, walked around the counter to exit, and they said I had to show my receipt to leave the store. Incredulous, I said, "but you JUST saw me pay right there," pointing three feet away, and a person I can only assume is the manager said, "it's the rule. if you don't like it, you can leave." (The irony of er statement appeared to be lost on her.)
What an awful way to run a retail store. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

This is a late review, but wanted to share my wife's and I experience with this store. We lived not too far from this place on Iowa Ave until 2019 then moved to Minnesota. With that said.
This store has an excellent selection of women's clothing and other items. Employees are courteous and professional.

Tried to return a pair of shoes I brought for my daughter 5 days ago with tags in hand, receipt, and size sticker still on the sole. My daughter wore them for 5 minutes and they cut in to her ankle. I was told I can’t return them because I said she had wore them. Worst return policy ever! And no plans to visit this store again.
