We've had Royal Crest home delivery for more than 20 years. The milk is hands-down the best-tasting product available. It's a bit more expensive, but it saves a trip to the grocery store and all those "impulse buys" you might pick up there.? We also love their locally sourced products, national brands, and specialty meal kits!

I called to cancel because I decided the price was not worth it when I can buy it in store. It took me 8 minutes to cancel it after I started having to be rude to the guy. They keep trying and trying to trick you in to not cancelling. Also there is a hidden delivery fee they do not tell you about.

Avoid this place at all cost, went to the mall and ran into a sales person. He seemed super nice and was like hey let’s build you an account and if you choose to use us then great if not no problem! What he did was showed us how to add to the cart but without my knowledge he set the products on recurring delivery. These people are con artist, and are disgusting individuals who are manipulative.

Love Royal Crest! We’ve been customers for just about 6 years and never had bad service. If we had any delivery issues (I can only think of 2 instances), it was resolved quickly with great customer service.

I had delivery from Royal Dairy Crest for 12 years. For the first 11.5 years everything was great and even though its a little more expensive than grocery store milk it tasted better and the convenience of weekly delivery outweighed the costs. Unfortunately , the last 6 months have been terrible. Late deliveries, missed deliveries, and completely unreliable. One warm day the milk was left outside my garage at noon , another time my milk was delivered to a neighbors Longmont box . One morning I saw the milk being delivered at 7am and when I went to bring it in it was warm . After trying to work with them and many chances I cancelled this week. Needless to say I am disappointed with Royal Dairy Crest but I am giving them three stars because they were good for a long time. I think possible the regular delivery driver left and they are having a problem getting drivers, I also noticed that I have less neighbors that have a RDC box on their porch so possible the route is not prioritized anymore but I have decided it is no longer my problem.

Convinced us to subscribe with high pressure sales tactics at our local farmer's market this summer. Turns out, we're not even in their delivery area. They charged us for products that they didn't deliver to us and never even reached out about the fact that there was a problem. To add insult to injury, I have now unsubscribed from their marketing emails 3 times over the past couple months and yet they continue to send them. The only thing positive is that when I called their customer support to ask why we didn't received our delivery, they refunded our money and cancelled the account without a hassle.I really don't think I should have to reach out AGAIN to get these marketing emails stopped, but here we are.

Highly recommend you stay away.Youll be billed for products you never received.Youll charge back the money because you have proof it was never received and they cant prove otherwise. Then youll be billed for the chargeback under a returned check fee. Sorry a chargeback isnt a returned check. You cannot bill me for a failure thats illegal.I reached out to attorney general because when i called billing, willing to pay for product i never received just to get these clowns off my back…They refused to waive the chargeback fee even though i proved it to be illegal.Send it to collections, im filing a compliant with the FTC and CO attorney general.Seriously stay away. The products arent nearly as good as advertised either. Just as highly processed as what is in the store.Eggs are grain fed too. Yuck.Update: i called the number below on their response, they refused to delete a chargeback fee. I told them we would settle up, minus the illegal fees, even though we never received product. Just to be done with this horrid company. Not even a few minutes later they attempted to charge my card again.

I absolutely love their milk! Their egg nog is the best I have ever had. When family comes into town I treat them to a glass of milk to show them what they are missing! Keep up the good work!

We have been long-time customers of Royal Crest and love their milk. I even use it for making yogurt and Indian Cottage Cheese, and it works out very well. I am planning to try their other products also to encourage local products ?. It would be nice if they could offer bread and cookie dough in smaller quantities.

Local products-great. I’d re-order the local eggs if they didn’t use styrofoam for the egg cartons. :( Styrofoam is terrible for the environment as it never breaks down so it sits in a landfill for literal eternity. There are better, more modern materials for cartons.

I’ve have been using Royal Crest for many years now. The delivery is always there, no matter the weather, I can count on it.The 1% milk is just the best. Tastes so good.I love trying the new products out. Their products are above average in quality and freshness.Delivery is perfect for us, we seldom run out of milk, and I don’t have to walk past cookies and chips to get milk.

If you don't order from them + don't set up "vacation" time properly online, they'll just yank your milk box and end your service without contacting you. I ordered from them within the last month and yet they took my box. Mind you, I've gone longer in between orders in the past. So OK - I guess we're done here, and I'll just buy everything from King Soopers again. Y'all have really weird, flaky customer service. I can't even log into my account online as they have deactivated it. WHAT A JOKE!!!

We’ve been buying 2-4 gallons a week for years. Bottle caps say farm crest Longmont. Farm Crest convenience stores say they’re distributed by Royal Crest dairies. Over $5 a gallon and for the last few weeks 1 in 3 have a seriously off flavor, not just slight acidic hints of spoiled milk but soapy bitter flavors, according to agricultural extensions, evident of sick cattle - stressed dairy cows with bacterial infections and mastitis. Pus in the milk. Gross!Manager says they’ll exchange bad milk, and that they’ve had a lot of complaints but as for us, we’re done.Back to the local grocery stores.

SUPER disappointed in Royal Crest customer service this morning. We have been customers since 1996, since 2007 at this location. We have not ordered in a couple years for a variety of reasons not relevant here and that have nothing to do with RC. I kept our account paused though because we do love their products and I order when there is a special occasion or a reason we cant get out....I left my teen son house sitting last week. I went out this morning and noticed that our RC cooler was gone (*note..our almost 20 year old cooler that was trashed...). Called RC to say.."eek..sorry...my cooler was stolen...) and they informed me that since we had not responded to their calls and emails (we have...) so they canceled our account...ok, fine...BUT as my son and our neighbors told me more...a RC rep apparently came out to the house yesterday, went into our side yard to look for the cooler...didnt find it there, left the gate open and the dogs got out. Apparently then rang the bell, interrogated my son on where we were, *not cool... he is a teen home alone....) waited until my son shut the door...then took the cooler without telling him. ... and in that process also took thethe July 4 decor I had left on top of the cooler to put up when I got home. As I told the rep via phone this morning, I realize that I, as a customer who hasnt ordered recently probably isnt their priority..but what terrible customer service. Really disappointed and will look elsewhere for milk delivery.
