Abysmal online ordering system. The page constantly refreshes in the middle of placing an order and the dumb light shade society pop up constantly interrupts and ruins the process. Sometimes I have to select my products, type my info, and upload my ID 5-10+ times to place a single order.

I stopped into the Lightshade on East Evans tonight bc my regular location was closed and CONNER helped me out. She is by far one of the most welcoming and knowledgeable budtenders I’ve EVER worked with in a dispensary. I used to be a Regional Director with LivWell and I really appreciate the customer service!
Thank you CONNER for all you do for the store and the customers who visit… It goes a long way! :)

So sad this depo used to be on point great weed great selections great customer service now all these light shades SUCK ! Crazy how they closed like 10 locations and now the city stores are sucking just as bad. Selection sucks management is terrible at all LOCATIONS make excuses instead of making it right and now you can see what happens at the top has trickled down to the staff FRANKIE if that’s even her real name is the worst example of customer service ever and then she wants to laugh and giggle about consumers in the lobby with other employees in front of people waiting to get there products, I’m sure Steve Brooks would proud ! Can’t wait for all the locations to go out of business read the reviews they lie on THC % and there are broken or missing seals all the time !

I was in here on 05/29/2024 around 4:30pm and was very disappointed with the employee, Adam, who rang up my purchase. I asked for the wifi code, which I use every time I visit & had been provided to me (with a smile) on multiple previous visits. He shot back in an irritated, raised tone that, "We don't have wifi for the public!" He was so irritated that I had asked, he immediately pointed his finger in my face, motioning me to enter my payment card into the reader - which I was already doing! I understand that everyone has bad days, but such a lack of self-control ought never be put on display for customers to witness.

Long time been my favorite for about 6 years now. Always fast customer service, Conner and Kaz are always so kind and helpful and if anything goes wrong they always smooth it over. Also always best selection on 710 and green dot.
