My girlfriend has come to this pharmacy because it’s the only one that doesn’t give her problems with her insurance. She’s been on a stimulant for 27 years. 3 of the years residing here she’s filled them at this location.
She switched providers. They called her to ask about her adderall prescription and refused to fill it. She picked up 4 prescriptions, one being the same prescription twice and no adderall.

Very rude lady at the cash register every time I come in here buy cigarettes I’ll send lottery first of all. I get a very rude face looking at me like she’s doing me a favor that she servicing me very very rude attitude.

I am writing to express my concern about the unprofessional behavior I experienced at your Yale (Denver) pharmacy location. Damien treated me in a manner that made me feel as though I was being accused of drug misuse. He questioned long-standing prescriptions that I have been taking for years and even called my doctor to verify them, despite there being no issue with my prescription history.
While I understand that pharmacies must be diligent, his approach came across as accusatory, dismissive, and lacking professionalism. This behavior has made me feel uncomfortable returning to this pharmacy, which is disappointing given the importance of having a reliable and respectful place to fill my medications.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Currently standing in front of the pharmacy waiting for them to open. They are supposed to open at 9am. It’s 9:10am and I’m still waiting. I planned accordingly to make it to work on time, but I guess that won’t happen. The pharmacist should show up to work on time. It’s completely disrespectful. The techs (who are paid far less) were able to show up on time, but unable to open the pharmacy without the pharmacist. What a shame.

This pharmacy has been absolutely amazing! All the pharmacists and technicians are kind and knowledgeable. They have been very helpful over the years. My children, myself and my parents all get prescriptions here. King soopers has left me hanging when desperately needing medication for illnesses. Where as this Safeway on yale has always came through when we needed them!!! Thank you!!!! Lisa and her crew are lifesaving!!!

Very happy to get my medication here, they are quick and also always are available to answer the phone. My daughter LOVES to come with me here, the employees are so nice to her and are always ready with a lollipop :) special shoutout to melody, she’s so friendly.

Called to refill a script and the pharmacist was extremely rude because I didn't use the app. Maybe I don't want to download another app on my phone. It's your job to take refill requests on the phone. Ridiculous. I'll just use king's or Walgreens if I have deal with immature attitudes. Grow up.

They filled prescriptions I did not ask for and charged me for, causing me to jump through hoops for a refund. Then they charged me full price for a prescription even though my insurance was on file and covered it so again, more hoops. The final straw was when I was trying to get my scripts transferred to a new pharmacy. The new pharmacy said I had to contact the old one to verify so okay. I called Safeway and the lady rudely told me they were transferred before even getting my info. I gave her my info and asked about my specific medications. For 3 of them she told me they were already transferred but couldn't tell me to where. Another one she said they never had in their system even though I had filled it there a few months before. Go elsewhere for better service!

My last 3 trips have been amazing. The first one I didn't have enough money on my card and the worker paid the remainder for me, incredibly kind I wish I got her name so I could pay her back. My last trip the payment was $80 for my medication and they thought it was too much and showed me a way to get it cheaper, came out to $26. Every other time it has been no hassle getting what I need plus I got coupons that the workers pointed out to me. Definitely a great pharmacy and workers I've delt with are amazing.

The pharmacists are nice, it's the other people waiting on line that make it bad. Going on an off time makes it quick and painless

Seems like different staff every time. Used to be very consistent. They seem to have trouble with every check out. They do answer the phone unlike other pharmacy
