If I could give them zero Stars I would specifically pharmacist Dirk Bigelow every single time I have been in to get my medication refilled for the last 4 months in a row I have had to formally complain to the store manager, also I had to ask him to accompany me back to the pharmacy to actually pick up the medications because I was so upset, the next month I called Albertsons Corporate because this pharmacist belittles me, laughs at me, talks to me in a very demeaning and patronizing manner, and makes it a point to tell me I am more than welcome to go get my medication filled elseware!! No matter how many times I complain he still gets away with violating my privacy by changing my app to cancel a prescription refill and violating my HIPAA rights by saying the name of my medication out loud for anybody could hear it!! After the little stint he pulled by canceling the refill on my app I got a message saying that the prescription was ready and filled on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and when I went in about 5 minutes to 5:00 when they close in the afternoon the pharmacist Mr Bigelow told me that they are out of stock!!!! I have it on video and still nobody at Albertsons Corporate wants to get back to me, or stop this man from treating me this way, even after telling them about all of this, on multipal occasions.

Staff does not understand insurance. I recommend going to another nearby pharmacy as everything will be handled quicker and easier.

If you are patient and respectful the staff will take care of you, crazy how manners and treating other human beings will almost always get situations resolved quickly.
I have a feeling many upset reviewers just don't understand what pharmacists have control over and what they don't regarding your prescriptions.
Shout-out to the staff, treat them well and they'll do the same. Simple.

constantly closed when they say they are open. computers and websites are down with no warning, and pharmacists are incredibly rude. the worst pharmacy i have had to go to by far

Paige and Dirk are awesome pharmacists and they always take care of my needs with great care. This is a very busy pharmacy location being so close to downtown Denver, but they make it feel welcoming and they often go out of their way to help. The pharm techs are just as great too, I always enjoy catching up with all of them each time I visit.

The worst. I’ve had maybe one nice person take the time to figure out a difficult prescription for me here. Otherwise, when I am already 4-5 days late to take a shot I need, they can’t get their system to process the discount card for a $500 prescription, and they “don’t have the time” to call the pharmacy-only number listed to get help. Literally there’s nothing I can do other than try another pharmacy that has time.

This is the worst pharmacy in all of Denver. They move so slow it’s unreal. There is always so many people behind the counter yet only one person rings you up. I always wait up to 20-30 mins when I pick up and there’s two other pharmacists and they never help this woman when the line continues to build. Go somewhere else
