Paige and Dirk are awesome pharmacists and they always take care of my needs with great care. This is a very busy pharmacy location being so close to downtown Denver, but they make it feel welcoming and they often go out of their way to help. The pharm techs are just as great too, I always enjoy catching up with all of them each time I visit.

The worst. I’ve had maybe one nice person take the time to figure out a difficult prescription for me here. Otherwise, when I am already 4-5 days late to take a shot I need, they can’t get their system to process the discount card for a $500 prescription, and they “don’t have the time” to call the pharmacy-only number listed to get help. Literally there’s nothing I can do other than try another pharmacy that has time.

This is the worst pharmacy in all of Denver. They move so slow it’s unreal. There is always so many people behind the counter yet only one person rings you up. I always wait up to 20-30 mins when I pick up and there’s two other pharmacists and they never help this woman when the line continues to build. Go somewhere else

This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used, an asset to the Safeway store where it is located. All the staff members are courteous, efficient and helpful. Dirk and Paige are top notch, trustworthy professionals who you can trust to run a first class pharmacy. They deserve our thanks and encouragement. Transfer your prescriptions here and you cannot go wrong. They are often very busy like most local pharmacies. Five stars.

Professional and courteous!! This Safeway pharmacy is SUPER busy, but it feels like a small town pharmacy because they call me by name and are always friendly. Pharmacists Dirk and Paige go out of their way to help me get my meds on time and accurate. Techs Megan and Lola are cheerful, helpful and adept. Megan's dry humor lightens up the mood for an obviously hectic work environment. This pharmacy is always slammed, but they are quick, precise, and genuinely care about their customers.

Terrible inventory management and communication. They never know if or when they're getting a drug in and will not notify you if a drug is out of stock after your script has been submitted electronically. There is no queue when your script is submitted electronically, you have to call or go in person to be bumped to the front of the line.

I regrettably just transferred my prescription here before reading the reviews and they’ve turned out to be true. Lady on the phone acted as if getting my prescription filled by the end of the day was some major inconvenience. Speaking of inconvenience, they take a 2.5 hour lunch break every day from 11:30-2pm. Maybe that’s why they’re so slow? Just go to a nearby Walgreens.

Listen to the bad reviews, I didn’t.Slow and unreliable service, including losing scripts completely. Always busy and making excuses though they’ve been fully staffed every time I’ve been. I’ve never been able to get through to their phone and usually have my call dropped. No free delivery like some other local pharmacies offerNot worth the “convenience” of using them at Safeway while shopping.

Pretty sure I've never written a negative review before but this Safeway makes me inner Karen come out. I go to this Safeway on occasion because it's walking distance from my residence. Complaint #1 is getting harassed by loiterers outside the front. I don't feel safe going here after dark. #2 They are selling expired products here. I literally have to check the date before buying something from the shelves because more often then not it's expired. #3 store cleanliness. Okay rant over

This pharmacy is so frustrating, they are usually understaffed so lines are about 30 minutes long, people waiting are frequently upset, and they have made multiple mistakes with my prescriptions and blamed the doctor, then "found" requests in other parts of their system. I wish there was another pharmacy nearby. I am giving two stars because I do know the staff there is kind and they try their best.

Don't rely on the hours posted. This place locks the doors early. Multiple times I've tried to run over there after work trying to get in and out before they close only to find the doors already locked. Tonight I saw they're open till 11pm. Walked up to locked doors at 10:30 and figured maybe they changed hours so I called on the way home and asked if they were still open. The guy who answered said "for about 10 minutes" trying to discourage me from coming. It was 10:35 when I called. They also don't do great of wrangling carts and NEVER baskets by the doors. Customer service is not the priority.

I am an ICU nurse. I came into the ICU at the start of the pandemic. It wasn't the easiest. Knowing what I do, and given my past, personal work experience, one might say I have a different perspective about particular aspects of the industry. What I know is this--the staff at this pharmacy branch are TOP NOTCH. Head-on (and chin-up) dealing with many of the unknown and underappreciated, negative aspects of it all...I can, honestly, say I don't have one negative thing to say about the entire team's performance, throughout. I would like to note the, obviously, exemplary performance of this branch's manager. This sort of task is never easy, certainly not under that kind of pressure. Brava!
