Showed up 30 minutes before my appointment and was given a door right away. They are always busy, so expect to be there at least 3 hours.

This is the worst place to deliver! First one I. Last one out 3 pallets None will answer the phone it is all automated so you can’t check on paperwork it is ridiculous!!!

Rude people. Fast unloaded but 105$ for 2 pallets is a joke. To get paperworks takes forever.

This place is a nightmare. It began with making me park illegally in the street till 3am, having to install an app I didn't want to, taking 5 hours to unload, then having me goto the other facility across the street for the last palette.
And could they do me the courtesy of opening the gate? No! I had to drive 1.2 miles to position myself to their other entrance on a one way street.
Only positive was the maneuver space on facility was satisfactory. Avoid coming here if you can!

Gate opens at 2:30am , got here at 2:45am for my 3am appointment, got a door in 5 min and I was unloaded in less than 30 min , I did had another stop after this one on their facility across the street. Thanks for being so quick

The frieghtsmith app you have to check in through is very vague about the procedure. 3am appointment it's 820am now. Been waiting on paperwork over 2 hours.

Gave me a door. Got me unloaded real fast. Appt time was 5am. Now 10am and still waiting on my bills. Don't come here if you don't want to sit! Lumber fees was paid at 6am! Only had 4 pallets

Do not bother coming here before 3 these street is a cluster trucks parked on both sides of the street and I’m the middle turning lane. Also they have a phone number on the gate but don’t call it before 3 even if you have questions if you’ve never been here you will get one of those typical security guards who finally have a job that’s isn’t flipping burgers answer the phone and thinkthey have all the authority

Easy check in process. You can park on the street if you get here early but not like overnight or anything, more like a few hours.So you pull in pay the guard shack to the stop sign. The guard will hand you a slip and tell you where to park. You then call that number on the slip to check in. They will then send you a door number via text message. Once you find the door make sure you use the rubber ramps by the dock to pull up on. Open doors (bust seal if you have one) put your paperwork in the trailer, oh and move your tandems.Should not be that long to get unloaded once you're appointment time is reached.

Had a 5:45am appointment and they checked me in at 3:30am backed in and they unloaded me in 25 minutes. Waited 3hrs and 20 minutes to get my paperwork back. What a joke
