From out of town. Went to get diabetic test strips, told them which ones I needed, instead they insisted I need to get a different kind. I followed their advice and dropped $80 on supplies. Brought them home and they were wrong. The ones they insisted on didn't work with the system we told them we had. The $80 hurts but mistakes like this can cost lives!!! I'm filing a complaint with corporate.

I would seriously advise against using this particular pharmacy. If you have the time, read on for my stress-inducing journey of trying to get a prescription filled here:My prescription was sent to my old address even though everything on the order and my account had the new address (including the receipt in the package). Like the person filling it went out of their way to send it to the wrong address.I called them, after the doordash/uber delivery person messaged me in another language, and didn't respond back to me when I responded. The pharmacist person on the phone, we'll call em "Rudely", decides to argue, interrupt, talk over, gas-lit me, and got audibly annoyed as I tried to tell her that it was delivered to the wrong address. Gas lit me saying I had to call the Pharmacy since I had a new address - which made zero sense as I've filled prior scripts with the same address. She kept saying to wait for the order to come back (which was impossible as described above). Truly difficult to deal with.I had to call the outsourced company and they were able to help me. Apparently, there's a whole process in the app that Rudely did not follow for these situations. The company finally got me my order, I opened it, and it was incorrect. Dear god, Jesus, why.Called Safeway back and unfortunately, got Rudely again. Whom them proceeded to ask me the same question, reversed it, and kept repeating them. Tried to gas-light me again that the prescription I'm staring in my hands was incorrect against the prescription label on the bottle. A prescription I've ordered probably hundreds of times. Told me they sent me the right thing, as well as telling me I ordered the wrong thing at the same time. Me, staring at the label and the prescription, in disbelief over this attempted mental manipulation - like why do you need to do this to people?Finally, I guess another person talked to her and Rudely then told me I would get all my correct stuff the next day. Imagine the uncertainty one must feel after hearing that from the same person who treated you poorly the entire day. Also, heads-up that incorrect orders have happened a lot here. I've had scripts not being filled until I called as well.The worst part at the end of the day is being treated extremely poorly, by people like Rudely, when you were kindly trying to resolve an issue that they caused for something extremely important like medication.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for20 years and have never had a problem. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. No more- I will be changing pharmacies. For the last year at least I have had problems getting prescriptions filled in a reasonable amount of time. Prescriptions that have been filled automatically for years are either lost or ignored. I called for one prescription a few months and was told they didn’t have it in stock. I found out the next day from another staff member that that was a lie- the person just didn’t want to deal with it. I used the automated system a week ago and my ongoing prescription still hasn’t been filled. I tried calling 11 times today and got no answer.I think this staff is just unhappy in this job. I’ve never had this kind of very poor service there before. This customer is over it

Just plain Horrible customer service Out of all 3 times I was told 3 different reasons why my prescriptions were not there Which alternative falls I went today I was told off by this lady lovely who by the way is not very lovely because I said something while she was filling my prescription I just said well I hope it's getting filled because it's been 3 days and she proceeded to tell me what she thought horrible customer service I will never get another prescription here again I highly suggest go anywhere else just plain horrible I will repeat plain horrible horrible horrible.

I do not feel safe shopping here. I know it's nothing the employees can do, but I shouldn't feel like I have to keep my head on a swivel at all times inside and outside the store. As for the store itself, it hasn't been updated in decades and it clearly shows. Maybe with the growth of the area it will be considered for an upgrade but as of right now it's very dated and looks shabby. The selection is somewhat limited reflecting the smaller size of the store. With so many others in the area, I would recommend driving the extra 10mins if you can.

Called to make sure they take my VA insurance. Was told no problem, just show up and give your social. At my appointment I'm told they will only give flu shots, not vaccine boosters and I need my veterans ID card. Thanks for wasting my night

BEWARE. WORST PHARMACY IN DENVER. This pharmacists and staff are horrible at this location. Not only would they not fill my hiv meds after requesting 5 times, then they accused me of theft because they didn't run my adap insurance right. Expect to be treated like trash. You do not matter to them, you are only $$$

I've had good customer service at this store before but today I wanted to use the bathroom so I asked a cashier to open it for me. The cashier didn't say anything to me, looked annoyed, and just went and opened the men's restroom for me. As a woman, I was a little uncomfortable going in there because it has a bunch of urinals, not in stalls. I wasn't able to use it because the toilets were covered in fecal matter, it was disgusting.

I'm pissed as an employee of the Safeway company. I'm on vacation and stopped at Safeway 0885. Drew yelled at my sister in law while waiting for the restroom key, then informed me that the Men's restroom is closed, because some jerk decided to smoke meth in there and even though my wife daughter and sister in law can use the ladies restroom, I can't . No I'm sorry, just no you can't use the restroom after being in the car for many hours. Great Customer Service. As supervisor for Vons. I would have made accommodations due to the situation. You really need to have Vince Geist retain his employees.Was going to pickup needed supplies for the rest of my trip, guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.
