Usually everytime I come here it’s okay, this time the clerk working did not properly give me my change back. I had asked originally for 20$ cash back and then was unable to complete the transaction due to lack of funds, I had 5.00$ on the card to be exact so the change that was supposed to be given back to me on the receipt showed 4.11$ because I did buy a drink that costed 1.39$. I had also came in with 5.00$ in cash asked for it to be pump #2 I left, called the card and wondered where that 4.11$ went. I went back into the store really confused and so was she, she eventually resolved it by giving me the 4.11$ back but ultimately customer service was really poor considering she didn’t know what was going on nor how to make a customer feel welcoming. Resolved the issue but definitely was a lazy way of dealing with a customer. I would’ve liked reassurance and not just a confused reaction and an inpatient one too at that.

Good spot to be in. I've used this location several times. Fuel is critical for transportation needs. It's tucked in a neighborhood area alongside a Safeway store. Customers can grab some groceries and get some fuel and call it a night.

Changed the hours so they're closed earlier now, it's also so dumb that pumps can't be used at night. Would like to use my fuel points but it's very difficult due to their stupid hours (closing before the normal store closes).

Trash store. Broken glass refrigerator doors taped together with packaging tape (for almost 2 years now). Employees who cannot provide even a modicum of service to customers. App barcodes never work. Sale prices posted are often expired and from the prior month. The produce section permanently smells of rotting food. The meat dept is no better. They have dedicated the past year to stocking the entire store with wine (in literally every aisle) while the rest of the store is abysmal to a fault. The bakery is usually empty of baked goods but always has at least 3 displays of wine. Worst brand selection too. Everything for sale is owned by 4 companies pretty much. A monopoly of hideousness.

Don't go to this one! It is 9:40 and I stopped here to get gas and the gentleman setup looked at the truck and then sat right back down and wouldn't unlock the doors. The time says it was closed at 10:00 p.m. I guess the employees make the times when they're open and when they're closed! This guy is lazy.

Large parking lot (beware of transients approaching you and asking for whatever). Store is clean, well laid out. Staff is helpful and willing to assist. There is a King Soopers across the street should you want to visit the competition!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a grocery store. This store is near my house and I keep trying it because it's a convenient location, but they disappoint EVERY TIME. They rarely have enough people checking out customers so their lines are astronomically long, they keep their drive-up phone off the hook so it's always a busy signal, they substitute whatever they feel like for drive up orders even if it's not the same quantity or flavor (even if you specify you don't want any substitutions). Their app says things are in stock and lets you order it, but their inventory is actually terrible. There is never anyone at the customer service desk so be prepared to wait when you have an issue.

Good location, one of the most convenient in the area. Prices are a bit higher than other locations however, I like the convenience of this location.
