This Safeway is no longer the "safe way" to shop. I have been a regular at this location for roughly 10 years, in fact my ex roommate used to be an assistant manager in the deli. Since they've raised their prices to unaffordable levels for the economy and their lack of employees to even keep the store stocked it's been a nightmare every time I go in, especially as a half blind and half deaf disabled person. I frequently pick up and deliver their shop and go orders for their customers as well as personal shopping for people through gig apps. I was having trouble finding the five pack of turkey and American Lunchables and a woman with red hair and blue shirt was harassing another customer who clearly had brain trauma and was taking a while to make his decisions. She repeatedly asked him if he needed help, which he replied "no thanks I'm just trying to think" and she repeatedly again, "okay let me know if you need help," she talked the man in circles while actively ignoring me ASKING HER TO HELP ME FIND SOMETHING! I was finally able to get her attention and she then (I'm physically disabled so walking additional steps is something I can't do- hence why I asked for help from an employee OFFFERRING HELP.) She walked me back to where the single Lunchables were and told me in a voice like I'm the one not paying attention that they were "see right here?" I replied, "ma'am I said the FIVE pack, can you not hear me? Hello, ma'am? Because she was chasing the other guy who didn't need help down the aisle, I have vocal cord damage so I had to yell to her to please help me find the "FIVE PACK" she then guided me the opposite direction and ADMITTED they "hide" the five packs in a weird place. So I said, "so why be surprised I'm asking for help if you know your store is hiding a product in a place that's hard for disabled people to find?" She then proceeded to Chase the customer who didn't need help. That same customer got in line after me, didn't steal, and wasn't intending to steal. Your company needs to really think about how you treat people with brain damage and disabilities because my next call after calling corporate is the ADA. We are people too, it takes a while to think and corporations like safeway price gouging FOOD is why people's brain function has been limited. BE SAFER, SAFEWAY!

Interesting place
I work at a Safeway in Washington
This store is rather small, but the employees there are friendly. I was able to find some of the items I was looking for. The actual have Lucerne strawberry milk. They discontinued this item at the Safeway I work at before the pandemic
I wonder what else this Safeway sells that is no loner at my home state.
It gets 4 stars because most of the shelves were empty. But because I work at a Safeway and well aware (at least in the state of Washington) a lot of Safeway stores along with Albertsons are understaffed… which is why most shelves don’t get filled up all the way. But as I said before, the employees here are friendly and the person in the GM department was helpful to show me where the sunblock was since the layout of the store is different than most of the Safeway layouts I’ve been to in Washington, Idaho, California, and Hawaii (almost all of those states Safeway store layouts are identical)
Hope to come back here soon in this store in the future

Terrible all around in store and selection. Customer service is bottom of the barrel. I will gladly drive further and take my business elsewhere. The company should feel ashamed if this location and their upkeep here.

This store location should seriously refrain from weaponizing It's property security team and DPD against its Black/African American shoppers.

Went here Memorial Day weekend to purchase some flower bouquets. There was not one isle open aside from the self-check -out. The lady ended up helping me for which I was thankful. Glad they had the flowers - small bouquets ran $6.99 and above. Nice to shop in the quiet of the morning.

Poor service. No one at the guest services desk despite a line, and bathrooms require keys...which are at the guest services desk.

Sketchway. Lots of homeless crooks at this location and Safeway REALLY needs some security. Saw 3 shoplifters blatantly stuffing their pants in one visit alone. And they are frequently out of produce and other daily items.

worst safeway experience , manager is awful , seems they do not want even talk to customers always wtong price tsgx snd i have to check prices at the cashier again and again.

They have jacked up the prices for easter. AND. items do NOT scan for the same price as shown on the shelf. My small Basket was $32.00 more than prices checked during shopping. Needless to say, I walked out without purchasing anything. Manager just shrugged.

I bought milk a couple weeks back that went bad fast. Thought it was a fluke but checked the dates next time; 3 days past expiration and there are still on the shelf. I dug to get one that wasn't expired. Its strange because there is hardly ever milk on the shelf to begin with. But having it half stocked with expired product? Unexceptable. From what I'm reading this has been an ongoing problem and all Safeway has to say is they are taking it seriously. Clearly they are not. Something needs to change. in the meantime anyone who can should go to a different grocery store. If you can't then beware! Don't waste your precious income on expired food and risk getting your family sick.

I've shopped here about two years because it's convenient, but honestly I've come to hate this store. Between the argumentative employees and poor stocking, I feel like I have to get lucky to actually find what I'm looking for at this store. Milk is ALWAYS out of stock.
Front end and bakery are friendly. Meat sections only good employees are the new guys, I've actually seen one of the old heads arguing with customers in the middle of the store. Pharmacy is argumentative about what insurance provides, went to another pharmacy and they took it!
Got a warning on my car for shopping too long?
It's just shopping for food, why does this place make it so hard and unpleasant?
