Bought cod filets here and they still had bones in them! Filets should NOT have bones!!! Especially at $17/lb!!!!!

i stood at the deli for minutes, someone finally arrived (not the woman who I normally work with who is very nice). She looked me in the eyes and then walked away continuing her tasks. I said, "hi", she said, "hi" with her back turned and just didn't care.
I told the manager who said he'd talk to her and then walked away, clearly not going to talk to her nor caring.

Staff are friendly. Great produce and item selction! Clean!
Self Check out can be a bit crowed For 2 reasons lots of people and the lay out of self check makes it hard when you have a cart and normal check out is back up.
Also wish the digatal coupons and member pricing would show on check out screen before i pay.

Some staff are friendly and helpful. Stores are fine (selection, clean, etc). Unfortunately, nothing makes up for having issues with downloaded coupons not showing up when I pay. I routinely have to get help when I self-checkout and have to know prices of everything that is on sale to make sure I get the sale prices. This adds several minutes to every visit. One staff person recently told me that there must be an issue with my phone number. I didn't see how that could be, since some digital coupons worked and others would not in the same transaction, but decided to check my account. My main number was a landline, which I don't have anymore, and the other number was my cell phone. I tried to fix it, but could not. I chatted online with Safeway 2x, both claiming they fixed it. Now, I don't have any phone number listed and cannot download digital coupons! It won't accept my cell number as a main number, even though it is listed as my texting number. Maybe if I post this review, they will finally fix it? Sometimes it seems to work that way.

Every time I go to do western union there is nobody there or they always say it's not open till later. Never seems like anyone wants to work there

Always out of trays. Management is sleepyhead and rude incapable keep having 1 star. Now they provide to customers papers bags without handles. Do you want us to buy more than 2 items. Management need to be replaced.

Could not find any staff.... did anyone work on this store.... tried using the store app to find items... it was not working. It just kept coming up with the same dairy items... sour frustrating visit.

Just moved in the area. My cart was full of groceries and only one lane was open, but for 15 items or less. What a joke. I already went to work today, so I just walked out. Maybe work a regular lane or not hire lazy cashiers.

the worst place to do your shopping, the staff is rude, has no empathy in addition to being xenophobic and racist for not speaking English Mrs. Hilda at the self checkout with the security they made fun of me.

While this is a great store to shop, friendly staff, clean . You have to be careful when you are checking out, often the in-store deals are not put into the system and cashier does not always know, so just watch when they ring the item up, that the sale prices show up . Check out your sale prices match the item on the sales receipt...

Today was the worst service I have ever received both from this safeway location and Safeway as a company. Between the app not working properly, customer service both in the store and at corporate telling us they were getting our issue resolved and us waiting over an hour for a pick up that was supposedly ready, and then having to go inside after customer service tells us to go to guest services, only to discover no one is there. After standing there a few minutes simply wanting to ask about our pick up order, a woman named Helga was EXTREMELY rude and short with us. Made us feel unwelcome and like idiots for just wanting a resolution to our problem, and tells us to go into a nearby room where someone might be able to help since no one is at guest services. We go to the order pick up station, and no one is in there. Helga offers us no help, and we stand there for roughly 10 minutes until some kid comes up and asks us if we are picking up. He did take our groceries to our car for us and seemed like a nice guy. Because of the app failure (this is not the first time), Helga's HORRIBLE customer service, and Safeway's inconsistency with customer service both locally and in a corporate level, I will not return to this or any other safeway or albertsons location and I will be recommending my friends to support other grocery outlets.

This review is just for curbside pick up. The grocery store is fine. I got all my items, except I ordered a pound of celery, and received a single stalk. Seriously?

Gave Safeway another chance for food delivery. This time the groceries were delivered to the wrong address. I did speak to one of the store manager who told me it's not their responsibility. I'll need to contact the delivery service . I had to explain to a store manager how their own delivery service works. Safeway decides on the 3rd party delivery service. I hope the folks who received my order for free enjoy the food. Refund will take 5 days to process , yet they take your money in advance and process within 30 seconds. Good luck to you trying to use Safeway for delivery. If able at least pick up the order yourself. Unfortunately I'm temporarily disabled and have no choice.
