Was in there about 4mins ago. I walk in, chilling, keeping to myself, trying to find what I need. After I find the products I want to purchase, the Cashier with the reddish maroon long hair snaps at me asking for a phone number, I ask why, she proceeds to tell me for store points and then asks if I’m alright. I in return ask if she’s alright as she proceeds to throw my receipt on the table. On top of that I asked her for a bag and she continues by aggressively putting my stuff in the bag.. I don’t understand why there’s an attitude especially if the customer is just trying to find their stuff, get out, and go on about their day.

Prices marked are not accurate. Was told prices change too fast for them to keep up with it, which makes no sense since that's your job as a storefront: keep products stocked on the shelf and prices marked. They have time to be on the phone discussing another associate being late, texting, etc but they can't multitask by placing accurate price tags.

First and last time at this location for my hair care needs. The lady who processed my return today was great, but the young girl who checked me out definitely could use a couple of basic lessons in customer service. She handed my receipt to me with just a “here’s that” and didn’t even ask if I wanted a bag so I just grabbed my products and carried them in my arm. Will definitely stick to the Sally’s I know from here, where I feel like my presence and dollars spent there are actually being appreciated/welcomed.

Most helpful Sally's I've gone too, and I have been to a lot of Sally's in CO. I think the other reviews are deceiving, if I am honest. Also Corey is the first person to inform me of my rewards I've accumulated, thanks! They are trained very well :)

I Seen it I seen it I seen it…Manager is running from his own mirrored image… don’t flaunt the manager position when you are still wet behind the ears!Black people be aware, don’t ask questions, management will call the police on you for ASKING QUESTIONS…. Horrible customer service from the d*** wit with his burgundy hair. First come, first service! I will never shop at this location again. I spent more then that other lady! Get proper training fool! Your hair color is ugly!

this store closes at 8pm. i went in at 7:48 to be exact and the doors were locked. why close the doors if there are still more than 10 minutes till closing time. june 3rd is the date so manager can talk to workers about not closing until the time they mention.
