The area is small, but all the usual things and products are present for me. It is clean, all the shelves are full, all the products are laid out neatly. On weekdays there were very few people, there were no queues. This market is closest to my home, so I plan to visit this market.

Been going to this store for about 4 years, never had a problem until I got to the food court, that lady Bertha, who works at the register is very rude, Even accused my wife of taking a pizza and cups.. We are paying customers, we have money don't need to be stealing.. That's not the first time she has giving my wife problems, there's cameras there..we have complain about this woman before and even seen her be rude to other customers.. I'm done with this food court. It's sad

This sams is a little far for me but I really liked it so much sale items I drove all the way for where in stock! Very clean easy parking and 5 stars for carts aurora never have carts or handicap carts

No gas here, it's close to downtown so that's the only good reason to go there any other Sam's Club in the metro will be better value for the time you want to spend

I would give this store ZERO stars but it won't let you. Came into this store on the 13th to get my niece who just delivered her baby some food. The muffins and cookies both expired the following day. Checking expiration dates is a must especially when you're dealing with food

Didn't think I'd like Sam's in comparison to Costco, but I actually prefer it. The website is great, pickup is great, scan&go is AWESOME! For the ease, I believe I'll be dropping Walmart+ because my orders are late more often than not, and consistently have errors, too many problems to make it reliable. I will also be dropping Costco, as I can't see what is in stock online and there is no pickup offered. Even the stable items at Costco, like groceries and toilet paper, are not accurate on the Costco website, which is designed for businesses who are getting deliveries. Costco still mainly caters to businesses, which I understand, but Sam's is catering to individual family consumers who want to save by buying in bulk. And scan&go is seriously a game changer. No more checkout lines.

Large parking lot so I had no problems finding a spot to park in. Entered, found my item and paid on the Sam's Club app. Was in and out in just a few minutes.

I'm always having a disappointment at this branch , the food court always missing brownies Sunday ,why to advertise? I'm going to Costco where aggregation are rarely happening and mostly better than Sam's

See below for complete details of how Sam's club treats customers AND allows their vendors to sell used items WITH no CONSEQUENCES! Your vendor (LG) WAS CONTACTED 4 times BEFORE the 48 hours. The first time was before 24 hours; I told them they had sent out a USED item, and that the ice maker did not work, (and that I told them I had paid for and expected a NEW ITEM) They totally ignored the used item sent part, and said that the ice maker takes 24 hours after being plugged in to work. Call back then if it still was not working. After 24 hours I again contacted them telling them it still did NOT work. At that time they went over trouble shooting with me over the phone and then said they were going to send out a new ice maker and instructions on how to install it.. they emailed me instructions BUT NEVER SENT A NEW ICE MAKER!! This can be confirmed with XXXX at RXO; LG Ref #230816626124 So this statement in your email is NOT CORRECT! "Unfortunately, our partner vendor is not able to process a full replacement for the item due to that return policy has been exceeded." If LG told you that they are LYING to you!! The LG reference number is 230816626124. This number was given before the 48 hours AND I was told they were going to send out a new ice maker and that I had to install it. Not them but the customere has to fix their USED junk!! (nothing about them sending a used item!!) After 3 days I still had not received the ice maker I again contacted LG and they still had not sent the ice maker out. At that time I again contacted XXXX at RXO, and she told me she had sent in all the documentation and there was nothing else she could do. SHE suggested I STOP PAYMENT ON THE CC. MY impression was that this is how LG operates and she was tired of them also. I had contacted SAM's club about this also, and they at first said I had to deal with LG myself and would not get involved; When I told Sam's I was going to stop payment on the CC they finally contacted me back...But as of today it has been 2 days short of a month AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING ITEM I PAID SAM'S CLUB FOR!! I need this taken care of NOW. I need my money back or a replacement NOW!! Why is Sam's club operating this way? I THOUGHT Sam's club was a reputable business. I should have had a replacement within days not a month. AND LG SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPRIMANDED BY Sam's club FOR SENDING OUT USED NON WORKING ITEMS!! Month latter and STILL NO REPLACEMENT OR CHARGES RETURNED TO CC. Use Costoc!!
