Not sure the beauty advisors or professionals actually know their products, just the selling points ..
Very strange energy.
Smaller store! But lots of products !! Always packed. Staff are nice, they get you in and out. Only problem was the forced sales.

I typically like Sephora but I went in today with my mom and niece. They got in line as I was finishing picking something out. When I came to join them in line when we got to the front the guy at the register tried to make me go to the back of the line because I had joined them in line. My mom ended up buying everything so I didn’t have to go to the back of the line but it was so rude. I will not be returning to this location. He could use some training in customer service.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was approached by GABRIELLA who provided the BEST customer service experience. GABRIELLA introduced herself, asked about my skincare/makeup routine to find compatible and non-disruptive products, provided at least two options for each product I was searching for, was honest and reliable with her recommendations, answered all my questions, and was overall the prime contributor to my positive experience here. TANNER was working as a cashier and offered me my birthday gift, provided a product recommendation (that I asked for), discussed the Beauty Insider challenge and credit card benefits, and encouraged me to return for beauty services. Overall, I left Sephora in a better mood than when I came in and am satisfied with my purchases. GABRIELLA specifically made a lasting impression on me, because I returned the next day to purchase one of her recommendations and I don't regret it!!
One recommendation I have: make sure you have enough ink in the receipt printers! I found that both times I visited this location, the survey on the receipt is a little hard to scan. It takes a while for QR reader to focus because the ink was greyed out.

The employees never once acknowledged me, while they helped people around me. Very disappointing customer service at least for me.

Alyssa was amazing and so helpful. She put me on to the Makeup by Mario Bronzing Serum and let me tell you girls, I am obsessed. I was looking for a bronzer that wasn’t matte or powdered at all, and she knew exactly what I was going for. Love her! Great sephora. Thank you!!

DO NOT SHOP here. Most disrespectful dishonest company I spent way too much time and money having trust and confidence in. If your company’s model and management from lower management to the district and higher, you’re a disappointment. The details are too many for anyone’s time. If you’re interest please contact me. VIB, hilarious. That’s just some fake account to make you feel empowered to a value of nothing. Spending an individual’s income a year at this company means nothing to them. So thank you 🙏 for disclosing 25 years later I should’ve never spent a dollar here.

I went into this store with my nine year old daughter. A very nice woman was helping us find some products (all of which were great btw) however while she was helping us with skin care a younger associate interrupted and basically took us from this nice woman who was helping us. Not that the younger woman wasn't nice, it was just odd how she butted in. I explained to her that my daughter has very young and very sensitive skin and a history of rashes from chemical sensitivities. She assured me that she completely understood and then recommended us to buy the keihls skin care line, which we did. Within two days my daughter began to have a perioral dermatitis breakout which is much worse, more painful and more embarrassing than any acne she wanted to clear up. We immediately stopped using the product but unfortunately the reaction has not subsided and it's more than a week later (these types of reactions can take months to heal). She has a Christmas dance recital this weekend and we couldn't be more disappointed with the condition of her skin as a result of the recommended skin care products. These products are not "clean at sephora" which I don't understand why an employee would recommend something that wasn't recognized as "clean" by their own company to someone who is saying they have chemical sensitivities. In my opinion, this employee shouldn't work for Sephora.

Lorena was fabulous completing my Perk face and lip treatment! The whole team was very attentive but she was super lovely and easy to talk to during the whole process!!! I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Colorado for a quick skin boost :)

This store is usually well stocked and the employees are very helpful. It is easy to get a quick colour match for foundation and the mini products are a great way to try out something new. I was also able to get a small sample of my foundation colour in a couple different brands when I was deciding. I personally think the Sephora brand in foundation and concealer is excellent.

An employee here went above and beyond for me, even went into the back to get me the brand new item I had ordered online. This was a super busy Sunday so I really am so grateful they went out of their way to help me. Thank you so much for your amazing service!

Store survey was not working but I wanted to leave a review as I came in today and Kai was so helpful! (I see there are many positive reviews about them already but I want to add to the recognition!) I was looking for a new foundation and they were able to find exactly what I was looking for and shade matched me so perfectly! I am extremely fair and cool toned so it’s always so hard to find a shade match that is light enough and isn’t orange/yellow on my skin. They matched me PERFECTLY the foundation is the exact same color as my skin. They also were very helpful in helping me check that the blush I wanted to purchase wouldn’t be too dark. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Sephora! I hope Kai gets all the recognition they deserve as an employee!!
