So today, around 6 to 610, i went in for gas and a drink from the fountain machine. First thing i asked the attendant if I can get water from the machine he tells me yes but I have to pay for a cup so I buy one and I figure since I bought the cup I can get soda so I proceed to get soda. The attendant started yelling at me about it. I get to the desk to see why he's yelling me, and he starts that I need to pay for soda. So I'm thinking no big deal. I dump out the soda and ask for a refund because of his aggressive manor, and he grabs the money from the register and throws it in my face! Automatically, my reflexes kicked, and I knocked over some stuff on the counter, and before it got any worse, I started to leave. The attendant decides to come from around the counter picks up a water bottle and chucks it at me I had the door open and the water bottle hits me in the shoulder and bounces off and hits my truck at pump 3 which if you know the layout you'd understand the amount of force behind it. I got in my truck in the left before things escalated more, and all this happened over an honest mistake.

The man working tonight decided to snatch a paid for cup out my husband’s hand because he was getting soda instead of water mind you the cup he made him pay for was for a fountain drink. Starts talking crap to my husband when asked for a refund he threw the money at my husband’s face and then ran out after him and threw a water bottle at him hit him on the shoulder. Assaulting someone that is a paying customer isn’t okay and we will be calling to figure out what we can do about it!

4 days ago I attempted to purchase gas with my debit card. The card reader told me that my transaction was declined. However, it already had charged my card $43.77 for a "pending" transaction. 3 business days later, it is still "pending". Shell employees want to lie to me and let me think my bank is at fault for this. However, of my 4 pending transactions this week, the one from Shell was the only one to last more than a business day.
Update: On the 5th business day, I FINALLY have my money back, and I really don't appreciate being told that it's the bank's fault you took so long. And your cashier (who is also the store manager) was rude to me, so I will never do business with any Shell Station again.

Muy mal servicio llevaba cambio de unos xq no tenía dinero grande y me falto el respeto el trabajador de la mañana. Dijo que tenía que llevar dinero de 20 para arriba que el no aceptaba dinero muy bajo que no volviera a llevar dinero así . Después de echar gas fui adentro para ir por lo cambio y muy grosero me tiro el dinero en el cajero.

Scamming crooksMy water bottle didn't fit under the hot water spout so i grabbed a coffee cup to fill with hot water and pour onto my bottle. I then put the cup back, clean, never touched my bottle.On my way out the started yelling at me that I have to pay for the cup, I told them I put it back and they still made me pay for it. Ok, well if I'm paying for a coffee cup then I decided to fill it with coffee and pay for the coffee as well. But they don't have creamer so I used cappuccino to sweeten my coffee, so now they start screaming and yelling that the cappuccino is an extra charge!Dude, I just wanted water. Now you scammed me into paying $1.95 for coffee AND Cappuccino, when I dint want either of these...And I was so respectful to you too..quick way to lose respect ?

Over the past 3 years, I have purchased the full year option for the car wash offered here, and it has not been working properly for the past month and a half. We purchase the full year because in the past it has been a decent wash but this year we are just not happy with it. Can you please have someone look into this to provide everyone with a decent wash. Let me know if you need further information.

DO NOT BUY GASOLINE FORM THIS STATION!What ever you do never buy gas from this store, this morning (Christmas Day 2022) I went to pump number 5 to pump my gas when the nozzle clicked and stopped pumping the digital read out continued to charge for gas not being pumped! Knowing I was on camera I immediately took the nozzle out of my car and set it on the ground knowing I can prove what I'm alleging. I immediately warned my neighbors about this and found out this has been a problem! I will be filing a Complaint against the station and it's owners with the proper regulatory authority and be updating this with a report number. P.S. I confronted the person working today and told him that I needed to speak with the manager who had the audacity to call me a liar, I promptly called my bank to take a fraud report.

Hiwad did good today, I went in there on a bad day, we had a little misunderstanding, and after that he came to my car to deliver the car wash receipt code to me that I left without grabbing and he said "sorry and have a good day", he was the bigger man than me today and I respect that.

the store itself is fine, however the man who runs the store a majority of the time makes women feel very uncomfortable. my sister and i went in on different occasions and both time he made sexual advances.. i do not suggest if you're a woman and you're alone...
