Fix your restrooms! To deny a child, a paying/customer a restroom is beyond evil! I doubt they are really down, because where do your employees go! Not only did we buy gas we bought stuff inside too!

Scam shop, they charge several more dollars per item. Shell Corp should definitely take a look at these guys. Stay away from this shop. There is a good 7-11 right across the street.

There isn't anything in this store, in my opinion, that is worthwhile to buy. Everything else is outrageously costly, with half of the items appearing to be from the Dollar Tree, which is likewise priced extravagantly. Shell is normally regarded for their high-quality fuel, but regrettably, after one fill-up at this station and a ride to and from work, I noticed my car was smoking and had engine problems. It was also stalling and banging. Some of my mechanic friends commented that my engine appeared to be running on diesel. They were right. I spent roughly $335 to clean my fuel injectors and rinse out my gas tank. I have no idea what happened at the gas station, but somehow premium gasoline and diesel fuel were mixed. The first time I entered the station and saw how dirty it was, I should have had a lesson in mind. I won't be coming to this station and I wouldn't advise anybody else to either.

I was very unhappy with this place today. I came here to buy some oil and gas up my car. I asked if they had a toilet, then the lady who worked here got real nasty and told me to scram. She was very mean and disrespectful to me. I will never come here again. I may even call Shell to report her. I thought I would use only Shell oil and gas, but no more. Not this one - not the 7-11 across the street, but something local like the station that is right across both of em. I’m very mad that Shell would let such rude folks work for them.

This Shells gas station is nothing less than a nightmare. The gas prices are way too high and they change every hour. The staff is incompetent and unfriendly. They don't know how to operate the machines and they ignore the customers. The store is a mess. There are expired products on the shelves and trash on the floor. The coffee machine is always out of order and the fountain drinks are watered down. There is not even a restroom. There are flies everywhere and the smell is unbearable. I would rather run out of gas than stop at this Shells again. Stay away from this place if you value your sanity.

I had a terrible experience at this gas station. The store clerk was not only rude and unprofessional, but also made racist remarks towards me. It was highly upsetting and offensive. I will never be returning to this gas station and would advise others to avoid it as well. It is unacceptable to have such behavior from an employee representing a business. The management needs to take action to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. I am extremely disappointed and appalled by this experience.

I was looking for even the slightest thing that would ruin my day, and I looked no further than this Shells station. Not only were the restrooms closed (despite being advertised as available), but the clerk was rude and condescending. They refused to accept one of my dollar bills because it had a minor rip, which was incredibly petty. The outside was dirty too. This is not the kind of environment I want to be in when I'm filling up my gas station. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

At this Shells filling station, I had a really bad time. The employees were not only unfriendly and rude, but they also made racist comments that made me feel very uneasy. It was also challenging to even approach the shop because homeless people were hanging out outside. Throughout my entire stay, I experienced a sense of unease and unwantedness. Anyone reading this should seriously consider avoiding this gas stop.

Gas prices aren't up to date. Regular gas is actually 20 cents more expensive than stated in Google. Also overpriced items inside. Cost me $8 to get 2 bags of regular chips. The attendant was overbearing.

Not only were the bathrooms locked and unavailable for use (even though I had made a purchase), but the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me. The store was messy and disorganized, and the products on the shelves were outdated and stale. I wouldn't recommend stopping here to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trouble and find a better gas station.

Older Asian women is nasty 8:09:pn 3/15/2023 and I'm calling corporate This is my second time she has been rude! They sale a product that comes 2 in pack or 4 in a pack . I asked her for the pack with 4 in them she proceeded to grab the one with 2 in them I said no the 4 pack please . She said don't ask for the four pack it's one pack. I said yes but I want the one with 4 in them that's why I asked for the four pack not 4 packs. While they are customers right beside me she started yelling saying you don't ask like that that's not how you say it. . I said lady im not trying to argue with you as I'm handing her my money she throws up her hands and saying no I'm not selling to you . All because you misunderstood what I asked for then you get mad at me because I'm a grown man and will not let you tell me what to do or won't let you talk to me like that.? I see alot of replied from shell but no action it's really bad you let people like that represent your company! As I am a owner of 2 different companies this pretty poor. I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP !
