$93 for a gallon of paint mixed to match my existing color—told me after it was done that would be $93. Absolutely criminally overpriced and deceptive not to tell the customer how outrageously expensive it would be. Will NEVER be back.

They don't recycle paint despite charging a fee for it and listing it as a location that does recycle paint. Guess I'm not buying Sherwin Williams anymore.

Was very helpful to find the right paint for my project, also suggested the brush and how to fix a previous painting mistake. At checkout rep went out of their way to find me a coupon. Will be returning for all my paint needs.

02-25; I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was fantastic! (Long hair, metal fan, super knowledgeable) He was courteous, quick and blew my mind with how well he could match the color and finish of a decades old Behr brand of paint. Like, wow, it was magic. I will definitely do all of my paint shopping here. You won't find better service or talent anywhere else!

If I could rate this with no stars I would. Horrible horrible customer service. The lady with the red hair and messy bun is the most arrogant person I have ever met. She literally asks what do you want on the phone. She has absolutely terrible customer service. Wish I didn’t have to stop here as often as I do and see her face.
