We are coming to the end of a particularly stressful restoration project after our basement was flooded. One person, Stephanie Van Wyk, was exceptional. She was kind, patient, and professional. Mike was extremely unhelpful. Told us that they really only do commercial, and wouldn't help with our residential project. Online it says they help with residential projects as well. Called to check beforehand and was told the same thing, then wasted the drive down there to be told otherwise. Don't come here for residential projects.
