Had a great experience with SimpleFly. We ran into some unexpected, and pretty significant, difficulties on a project but they tenaciously pushed through and solved the issues and completed the project as promised. We're very appreciative.

Interviewed here and was denied. That's all good, but never got the reason why and reached out to the CEO. They seemed like a great company to work for, but communication must be an issue. Very small team so take caution taking the time to even meet in person.

The guys a SimpleFly installed several security cameras for me. They were efficient and did a very professional job on the installation. The technical staff was very knowledgeable and quickly resolved an issue caused by my unique setup. I'm completely satisfied with the installation and highly recommend SimpleFly.

Incredible people to work with, they are our go to vendor to handle Wifi installations for POS clients. So far no headaches, and very simple to work with. Price is quite reasonable.

My office had complex Wifi problems, and I am NOT technical, at all. Francisco and his team came through with flying colors. They communicated the pros and cons upfront of certain equipment choices and were even one of the lower priced options we explored. We now call them every now and then for support when needed, but the system is very solid. Would recommend them for anyone looking for solid networking support. Only leaving off 1 star due to lack of equipment availability, which we had to wait several weeks for. We were told that it was due to COVID and supply chain issues, which seems somewhat plausible.

SimpleFly was great to work with! They know what they are doing. Working with them was easy. They are also very personable. We had a new office move and we wanted to ensure that we had the best possible setup, at the best price. SimpleFly checked those boxes. Once they got things installed, they walked me through the hardware and software. Which was a nice surprise and a huge help. If you are needing a new network setup at your office, these are the guys! Thanks again for everything.

Simplefly was awesome to work with as they helped me plan, build and install a wireless network at my property with multiple buildings. It was a different request for them as Im not located near their office, yet they were able to provide excellent service and instructions remotely. I was impressed at their Knowledge and their timely and helpful support.

TLDR: Very knowledgable staff about the Ubiquiti ecosystem. Overall left me wanting a little more out of them, but generally would likely recommend to a friend.I didn't do too much business with SimpleFly Tech, and will say they could have been a little more responsive with my inquiries. Unfortunately, they did not have stock for the Ubiquiti items we wanted to purchase, which was disappointing.The support team seemed to be professional, and although I wanted quicker response times, their responses were within very reasonable timeframes. They seem to communicate within their company as well, which is nice.Once I eventually got on a call with a Rep, he was quite knowledgable and was able to answer basically all of our questions. This set us up for success on buying our own hardware, though it was still a bit disappointing to have to buy directly from Ubiquiti instead of through them.I don't really have anything negative to say about this crew.I'll say that Jesse's ability to answer all of our questions well and with confidence has pushed this from a 4-star to a 5-star review.

if you have UBNT or UNiFi products for your home or office, Simple Fly Tech is the way to go! Francisco and his team are ON IT, smart, great with customers and know their stuff. Did everything remotely and so fast. Don't even think twice, you found the right folks to help you with your UBNT stuff!

Francisco and his team are professional, responsive and efficient. SimpleFly service combined with Ubiquity products give me exactly what I was looking for at my residence - fast, enterprise-level network with ongoing support with room to grow. I will continue to upgrade and keep current with UniFi products and SimepleFly's help. Highly recommend for business and residential customers.
