I like them, everyone is nice. But I got double charged for cigarettes once, and I spoke to the manager, showed them the transaction, and they just shoulder shrug. It’s not about the money it’s just I go there all the time and they don’t seem to care or have any idea how to make a refund.

Love these Sinclair stations - well lit so they feel safe. Got fill up here using the app and everything worked like magic and get a 10cent discount on top of already good pricing. Window cleaner brushes in place with clean fluid… and store was clean inside.

Pretty sure there’s a card skimmer on one of the pumps. I could see something inside of the slot that took up extra width, and my card kept getting stuck when I tried to insert it. Went down the street to waterway to be safe.

I make a point to stop here because the staff is so sweet. I always have a good experience when i come in, but today Joselyn really brightened my day with her bubbly attitude and inviting smile. She is always amazing when I stop in. Her customer service really speaks for itself.

I picked up a cigarette butt from the ground as I was leaving the store and a black female who worked there busted out the door cussing that I stole her black mild ciggar and she was gone call the police !

So they had an accident that a car went through this facility. It’s been well over a month and they still haven’t fixed this facility at all. I think that is cheap as hell. This company makes so much money and they can’t even fix this for these employees sad thing.

Went there a few times no restroom so i stopped going. Just sad if people stay in there too long. Call security. Its not good to hold your bladder and be rejected by staff. Not all people gonna do wrong just need the correct place to void.... U will understand when u get older.. Karma sucks too..

Wouldn’t give me change because I was stressed from my tire going flat after making me use their atm machine that has a 6% fee charge because their tire air machine only takes coins even though it has a card reader attached, because after all of that I didn’t “ask nicely”. God forbid someone doesn’t have a smile on their face when their tire goes out. Think about someone other than yourself. Christina has a power complex and I’ll be letting her superior know as much as well as the fact that she called me a b word because she misheard me :) xx From the reviews it looks like everyone else doesn’t like her either lol. Edit: I assume I was the “rude customer put in their place” but this man only saw after Christina called me a whole cuss word sooo yeah you really still need better customer service because newsflash people sometimes have bad days where they don’t want to smile…

Looks like this place is now disabling its pumps at night (wasn't always the case, but appears to be as of 2022/11/09). If, like me you are habitually out early AM... don't bother.

There’s a really cute guy that plays a ton of great music. He’s not there all the time, but if you happen to show up when he’s there, he fills the entire store with super awesome music and vibes. The manager there-Sage-is really friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond to be great. They do have some strict tobacco policies, so you have to have your ID no matter how old you are, but I watched a guy born in 1935 happily produce his ID before even being asked. Treat them nice, and they’ll treat you like royalty.Also watched a rude customer get put in their place, so you’d better be nice!
