Great gas station and convenience store! Clean facilities, well-stocked shelves, and friendly, helpful staff. Fuel prices are competitive, and it’s always quick and easy to get in and out. A reliable stop every time. Highly recommended!

I can see why there’s a plethora of 1 stars. Went to buy some zyns, asked to buy all the 6 coffees they have (probably a total of 6) bc I share w my bf & they told me “no”bc they’re saving them for other customers. So if you’re looking to get something in bulk, look elsewhere.
UPDATE: went to a circle k on alameda and downing (across the street from another Sinclair) & they let me buy all SEVEN of their 6 coffee zyns. Check them out!!

What kind of employee is this. The lady was the rudest employee I’ve ever met. Gave up on buying cuz of her. She literally stared at us the whole time like we were thieves or something, then had the courtesy to yell at us and took pictures of us. If it was a racial issue, I’m glad I’m not the same superior race of whatever she belongs to.

Someone should let the dude working here know that covid is still very real and out here and people wear masks to protect themselves because they're disabled/immunocompromised! It won't be me, because he's obviously choosing to be ignorant on the matter. Questioning customers about why they're wearing protective masks is super strange and also very unprofessional though, I will say that here!

The woman (with tattoos) at the register on Wednesday morning was extremely rude. Why is she still working there if all the bad reviews are about her? I honestly think they just hire the worst people they can find. You can easily go to another gas station nearby and be treated like a human being.

This gas station is a joke you can't just go inside and get the stuff you need to get without getting harassed by the employees that work there the only one that is nice there is Serena and she works at night and a weekend . Heather is the rudest person I've ever met that works in a gas station she has no customer service If I could give individual stars

White guy with the glasses was very rude. Needs to quit his job if he's that miserable. There's plenty of other jobs out there. But if he wants to choose gas station clerk, maybe the least he could do is learn some basic human courtesy. ?

If I could do no stars I would , the dark short haired woman in there was awful to us for parking at the pumps.Clearly all the bad reviews don’t mean anything to this business owner. We came with two large family’s who spend about $60 or more on snacks each . We used the restroom and left to spend our money across the street at the other 711, thanks to this woman. The other 711 is so much cleaner and the staff is very friendly. I hope something changes soon.

I’ve never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I pulled up to a pump to get gas and run into the store for a restroom and snacks. This disgusting looking tattooed blond woman refused to give me the key because I hadn’t made a purchase. I went outside to start the pump and came back inside and she still refused to give me the key because I wasn’t with my vehicle while it was pumping. I went back outside to stop the pump and then went back inside only to be told I have to move my vehicle. At this point I’m literally doing the pee dance. I understand that her life didn’t amount to much and that she’s clearly a disappoint to those around her but does she really have to take her anguish out on customers? It’s disgusting that they allow people like her to work with customers.

Another two thumbs way down for the woman with the short, dark hair and tattoos. She makes you feel like a criminal for asking to use the restroom. Pretty sure it's there for customers, which I was. She clearly hates herself because she used to smoke crystal and now works at a gas station. Not my problem, lady.
