unethical sale(s) of alcohol of a preconceived repeat buyer in the same day within hours. and also a complacent sign of a political does change my decision to go there ever again that I will notify law enforcements and surrounding peoples that has affected my taste for the company, store, whatsoever bootlegging hole that did not pay attention to any ethical actions with or without prescription of law and neighboring concerns. and why is this store not listed on the BBB website for reports and complaints? and also a few times at minimum to say that they were short on pennies, and maybe also I would save on pennies if not for disputable leverage of the political sign that I have aforementioned. and the the very most conspicuous entailing events that really sets my mind off is the employees themselves loitering around the store that which I can absolutely declare they should and if they could shall have a backroom and/or smoke area of their own but nay to say if argued a way of its company and store's modeled or unmodeled actions to support its store that I'll say is only conceived by me that 'they' subjectively, isolated in my own mind that took effect in me, and persuade me to believe that they do in subject to lure and that is how I feel. And no one wants to drink everyday, and at least spent every day.
I had initially asked for a small bottle, but shortly and very assumpitively and by I will object to them having made the mistake had moved me to buy a pint thatwhich I had puked. So if this were on BBB I would demand a refund and an apology not just to me, but also the neighborhood, sober people, sober drinking people, the code and ethics of all alcohol laws and litigations and to the state, and inevitably also where my money came from and any and all investigations as I always only seek to drink and have been sunken in to drink for vitality and strength, but not loss of my own personal morale that could is independent to the cause not only of loss of money I will report and declare, stolen, thieved, and taken advantage of. If no conscious mind to detail and laws and ethics were followed, apprehended and well minded, then I can now fully in individual manner declare a protest against that store and furthermore each employee I can agitate these claims to and only upon furtherado.
If I can always tell my level of drinking especially repeating the store visits within hours of drinking, limited by levels of intoxications, then why can not the employee's and if so then they shouldn't have continuously sold me each repeated in a day visit but also if not they have the mind to be aware then this whole thing goes beyond the level of me being scammed and taken advantage of but absolutely dangerous and beyond socially toxic. I want the business, the store, the company, the employees checked out and duly served ASAP.

JD is always on top of it. Always a good selection of beers. Great location and service. Go there and avoid Capitol Hill liquor because that place is a dump. And what’s the deal with the sketchy lighting at Capitol Hill liquor?

lots of local products, they have snacks, good prices... so many things about this place are unique! mixed 6 packs, devent selection of non alchoholic wine and beer, and shares a corner with 4 restaurants. cheap cigarettes if you want them, cheap single beers, and you never know what music you're going to hear when you walk in

Confused on taking coupons, elder guy said they used to the younger guy said they never did. Newport pleasure app doesn't lie on who takes there coupons or not they update everyday the Newport app I'm speaking of. (Where they racist or trying to con me to make me pay the whole thing instead of taking the $2.50 off.)!
