Rooms are nice and appear recently redone. However, there is an additional nightly charge for parking if traveling to/from DIA. Additionally, the shuttle only runs once per hour and, in contrast to what their prerecorded message says, ONLY stops at the West side of the airport, which is an important note when the shuttle only runs once per hour and you’re waiting to be picked up. There are SO many other options in this area with better service and communication.

I had the most stressful day where my flight was delayed twice & then cancelled. Then I wasn’t scheduled to flight out until 2 days later it was awful. I was so exhausted. So when I was rebooking a room Angelique was so unbelievably friendly & so helpful I really appreciated her kindness & understanding. I’d definitely stay here again because of amazing customer service. The room themselfs are nice & very clean all & all a very pleasant place to stay.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The GM Alex was the one that checked us in. From the very moment she walked up to the desk she was huffing and puffing and was extremely unprofessional. Keep in mind, we had been waiting at the desk for someone to check us in for nearly 30 minutes. She demanded an ID (I am a flight attendant for a major US Airline) and I was in uniform. When I went to show her my badge, a government issued ID she threw it back at me and refused to accept it, claiming that it was not a legit ID. When I questioned her on why she wouldn't accept it she snapped and very loudly expressed that it was company policy. Heres the thing. I have no issue showing you my Drivers License or Passport. It was the way she disrespectfully and loudly demanded another form of identification. The lobby of the hotel smelled awful like a sewer pipe had burst. When I asked her what the smell was she told me she had no clue. I asked her for her name, and told her I would be leaving a review and contacting corporate. She laughed in my face and said “good luck with that”. It’s hard for me to believe that I’m the first person to have a not so hot encounter with management at this location. I’m very disappointed to see how the GM can handle herself in such an inappropriate, unprofessional and down right rude manner. If Alex, the GM is treating guests like this. I can only imagine how other employees act. I would never recommend this hotel, unless you love the smell of feces and bad customer service.

Great value for the location. Everything else in the area was out of range expensive. We travel 24/7 and that can get expensive.Excellent parking for us as we travel with a flatbed 40ft trailer. Gal at front desk was super efficient at check in and even asked if we needed shuttle to airport.Room was tidy and breakfast was good. We were concerned of security, but had no issues at all. Overall good stay. Will indeed stay again.

Very noisy, I could hear a guy snoring one floor down! Noisy heater, and the doorknob is broken in the bathroom. #219

Avoid this hotel and the ones adjacent to it. It is housing for homeless migrants. The parking lots have a lot of trash and discarded alcohol containers. People loitering throughout the parking lot, drinking beer and staring at you. The hotel is deteriorating. In fairness, I will say the bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. I was on a trip for work, so I had a rental vehicle covered by their insurance. If it was my vehicle or a rental covered under my insurance, I would have left, even with a non refundable payment for the room. If you want to see the results of out of control immigration policies, this is a good place to experience it.

Avoid at all cost. Needs to be reported to police/federal agents/ICE. Not a hotel anymore - place has been turned into illegal alien housing being paid for by the county/state/feds. Dozens of people loitering in the parking lot and on the street outside, young children, toddlers and babies even, left unsupervised wandering about, trash everywhere dumpsters overflowing, burnt out/torn apart cars everywhere in the parkng lot, bottles and needles littering the ground. If you start asking questions a short, fat, white security guard will come out and start threatening you. A somewhat new nice hotel now forever ruined because they'd rather sellout to facilitate in illegal human trafficking than compete in the tough Denver market. Many such cases.Noteworthy details: Not a hotel - illegal alien housing facility
