Customer sales reps will tell you what you want to hear to get your $. Do your own research before buying. I was told pets should not affect my bed and they do. They like to chew the wires!!! We were also told that there is a money back guarantee. Yes there is, but only on the mattress not the base!!! I’m very disappointed ? We have had repair people come out, who did not get proper updates and then they have no clue of what’s going on. Big waste of everyone’s time. Lastly, I logged into my account to leave a review on the website and they make it very hard to review which tells me they don’t really want everyones opinion on their products. Don’t let the great reviews on their site fool you. Not a great experience.

We purchased a king split flex Sleep Number bed at the end of 2021 as my husband needed various levels and positions.We thought one benefit to the over $8000 spend was that we could finally get sheets that fit since all sheets are now deep and we had a 25 yr + old mattress of 9" (NO sheets available).Surprise #1: it was a thin mattress and the sheets even bought from Sleep Number didn't fit!Surprise #2: while marketed as "cooling" technology, the mattress forms pockets around your body and traps heat. When brought up to a SN store, they said I could purchase yet another product to put on the bed that supposedly takes care of that. Surprise #3: Husband passed away just after the 100 day return policy even though we spent half that number issuing the bed.Can't sell it for much between what's still owed and the pain of moving and special assembly.Maybe right for some situations- just not mine. So not that happy.

Service inside of the store was great. Customer service the minute you purchase your mattress is awful. You must deal with corporate. Received our bed that was for a guest room that was hard as a rock. The beauty of sleep number is that if it doesn't work out, you have a "easy return policy." This is false - you have to pay a fee for them to deliver the mattress and take it away. It is buried (and unclear) in the paperwork you sign at purchase. Despite returning my mattress, I owed sleep number $400 in return fees. Most competitors offer free returns when a mattress does not work out, but not sleep number. Be wary of purchasing and the hassle of their poor customer service.

Great sales pitch but the store had virtually nothing in stock and hence most items must be ordered. Great for mattress combos, not for accessory items. I ended up going online in the store parking lot and ordering what I needed for home delivery.

Employees are nice. Beds are a completely different story. Regret not checking out tempurpedic or another one of the competitors before buying one of these over priced air mattresses. And the bank they use is a complete scam. (Synchrony bank)

The high pressure sales you guys use is very offputting. I don't appreciate you guys filling up my voicemail and email with constant messages. Makes me want to buy elsewhere that isn't trying to force a bed down my throat.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I bought this bed. I have MS and got a doctors RX so I did not have to pay the tax. I gave the store manager the RX and they called customer service and they were supposed to refund my money that I paid for the tax. Then I spoke to the manager several days later, and she said that customer service now said that was wrong That the customer service agent made a mistake. Too bad in my opinion. This was a $350 mistake on their part. Not mine. I talk to my salesman at the store and all he could tell me is that he was unable to help me with anything that I had to call customer service. every time I called customer service the wait time was over one hour. This experience reminds me of buying a mattress on television on a Saturday night. This company is horrible when it comes to customer service. I strongly recommend you stay away from Sleep number bed. I just called the salesman again today, and he told me the same thing. He's not allowed to call customer service and get my problem resolved. Pathetic.

It was great. I was able to try out several mattresses. There was no high pressure selling and Audrey was attentive and responsive and I was able to pick a combination of base, mattress, sheets etc. That met my needs and preferences! I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering improving your sleep experience.

I purchased a Split King, in 2022 it was the mid grade one can't remember which one just that the cost was a little over $5000. I was 14 days to late to return the bed when I called to return it. From the being it was not what we where told. Both of our backs have been hurting from day one of purchasing this bed. I was told that there was a topper we could buy for about $200 and it may help. I couldn't believe what I was being told after spending that type money to start with. Now I feel stuck with a bed that is not worth the money and is causing us back pain. My parents are talking about buying one and have advised them not too, I would tell anyone not too.

Worst bed ever after the 100 night trial they say they have a 15 year warranty but only on certain issues. bed "air chamber wont hold aor for more then 20 minutes and they want me to pay for the replacement parts and installation wich cam up to over 400 dollars. This company is a glorified airmatress company and i will never buy another sleep number

Eye opening experience for the different types of beds available.The complexity front the low end to the high end is astonishing. I D3Enjoyed the experience of shopping at this store.
