Tech wasn't here for my 930 appointment. Unfortunate for myself on so many levels. Sucks this was an issue. Now I need a new appointment explain to my boss why I need additional time off to come do this. Horrible.

The employees were nice!! They were knowledgeable of there products!! Service time was quick and they didn't mess up my car or dash!! Wasn't any hassle really besides spending money on it lol!!

I was quoted a price and charged another. Was told to show up at a certain time at nine in the morning and nobody showed up at the shop. Missed a day of work for that I called customer service on hold for close to an hour. Not sure if they’re going to honor the price I was told it was supposed to be 140 turns out to be 280

This company charges for everything. You ask for a little help and charge you late fees. I have the money to pay what I owe, which is over 100 under 200. Then I get hit with a late fee of eighty dollars on top of what I'm about to pay. Ask if I could pay the late fee next week. You know I'm not asking for too much here. Told me they couldn't do anything that I have to pay the full amount of 200 something dollars. I'm already getting robbed from fees and have been on here going on 3 years, which i only was required to do 2 years. This is messed up. They can't even grant me a week extension for a fee I got charged for, and on top of that, 140 i was gonna pay today. I guess we are only allowed 2 extensions per year. After being a customer for over 2 years, I was very disappointed. I'm stuck in this pickle. Most likely, I'm gonna have to search for a different company. #1 rule in business, keep your customers satisfied. Take care of your customers.

Went there for an installation and there was only one person working that day. My appointment was at 9:00 and he didn’t show up till 9:10. I was there by 8:50. He said it would be finished at noon. It was done at 11:00. I was sad he was the only one there dealing with so many chaotic customers. He handles situations very well.

Unprofessional and rude don't waste your time they don't answer the phone and when I arrived I was turned away during business hours

Tech never showed up to the shop. I had to call and somehow get another appointment before the holidays. It’s an unfortunate situation all around but I never received a phone call or a reschedule. I just sat outside on the curb for 30 minutes until I made a call. Disappointing.

Guy in shop very nice and helpful, was there on time of the appointment. Only thing is the extra charge for re schedule installation but You know: there is not an easy way out for whom we are in this situation. Quick and fast service thought.

The only guy who worked here was very rude and came at me sideways from as soon as I entered the room. He told me to calm down when he was training me and it was hands down the worst customer service.

It's unfortunate I put myself in the position to have to get an Interlock on my car. I went to the Broadway location and Bryan was wonderful! He explained everything, was very respectful and patient with me. I had difficultly with starting the car due to poor lung capacity and Bryan was extremely helpful and encouraging. I strongly recommend this provider

The ONLY guy working here supposedly,....is a j**** Of ALL the Smart Start locations, this one is a complete joke. All because of the service this j*** provides. Rude, very rude, obviously hates his job.
